2 NYDN  articles one Bill Bratton when he picked chief Reznick to be the head of internal affairs I knew Reznick was in a lawsuit name for calling and NYPD whistleblower a rat in the whistleblower won the lawsuit so Bratyon/O’Neill chose RAT calling head of IA again a liability  to be the head of internal fares because their legal bills are paid by taxpayers if we took that privilege away they wouldn’t have Reznick as head of internal affairs and technically he aged out at 63 so for him to be there means he is so special he is such a special quality that they’re keeping him on as a civilian .

 Three police commissioners all top brass think that I’m just going to tire out and I’ll go away and they can get away with covering up crimes!

The Manhattan DA has been exposed as a pay to play DA who is not arrested Harvey Weinstein,  the gynecologist to sexually assaulted  at least 17 people - no jail,  campaign donor Llyod Constantine juror the NYPD rape cop Pena - trial school teacher raped, Lloyd made sure it was not a 1st° ruling  and he is the Manhattan DA, Cy Vance’s tennis partner and I stood outside  DA’s office and demanded Cy Vance return Llyod’s campaign donation but of course Cy Vance refused!  Cy Vance also refused to come down hard on the NYPD Rape cop  Moreno for heroin in his locker!

Chief Reznick there’s only one special skill and that is that he calls whistleblowers rats named in a lawsuit and NYPD whistleblower one so what is someone that technically aged out at  63.  

We need a permanent new commission into police corruption!

If we get legal experts to look into racketeering charges Rico could be interpreted in a way that we could apply to top cops and we need to vote to pass laws they lose their pensions I want everyone including Zachary Carter — everyone involved in protecting crimes in my case for past half a decade they need to lose their pensions and what about the NYPD involved including John Miller in the Prospect Park rape victim 23 years?  

For the victims we suffer and for the abusers they grow rich or in my case a doctor his employee and NYPD that broke laws and Zachary Carter and his staff protecting them and I want to know if Larry Byrne is involved because he needs to lose his job and his pension for his role in protecting perjury so shamefully judge Weinstein has now opened up a federal probe in to NYPD lying under oath. 

For NYPD to lie under oath usually means they lied in their police reports we need a permanent new commission

Too many of the agencies the police the police are fake and a waste of money like the NYPD Inspector general he forwarded to with my cases to be investigated by internal affairs but internal fares would not answer me on the status and Phillip Eure and Tom Mahoney refused to follow up which was their obligation.

I have asked CCRB to take back my case year after year I ask them and to question these cops under oath and they just can’t be bothered. 

We need a permanent new commission televised around the world on the Internet so people can see how corrupt how NYPD break laws at their desk how misogynistic and racist and sexist and shockingly cool they are as a break laws and are protected chronically by internal affairs!

We need new ways of screening NYPD training them and New psychological evaluation tests!

Allegations that NBC officials threatened Ronan Farrow on behalf of Harvey Weinstein.  Well I was  threatened multiple times by 2 threats by Dr Andrew Fagelman's employee one on YouTube bodily harm and Delita Hooks threatens me again in a letter to Det andrew Dwyer and she is still has yet to be arrested but there were more threats!  A Cunt threat by Bob Dobalina I allege is Joe Tacopina also a crime he has not denied committing during an open investigation and I forwarded the threats by Bob Dobalina and his partner Charles Ward I allege is Chad Seigel and than Det John Vergona broke the law as well -- I VERBALLY VIOLENTLY THREATENED by NYPD Detective John Vergona over the phone with the loss of liberty -- essentially he was going to kidnap me aka false arrest me if I did not drop charges against Delita Hooks -- I did not know her name at the time but she knew mine as did her boss Dr Andrew Fagelman (soho internist how has an article on how to use viagra safely in a urology magazine -- safely for whom?   There are over 10,000 urologists in the USA including Dr Andrew Fagelman's brother and father so how did Dr Andrew FAgelman a sick manipulative liar get an article on viagra published in a urology magazine -- is it who you know and or was he given money by viagra -- did he ever take NYPD or retired NYPD to viagra parties as he attends parties given by drub companies and what else?

I think  about the prospect park rape victim 23 years later and she’s now step closer to Justice she’s been validated and vindicated but where is her justice involving the people that lied about her?

Mayor Bloomberg, Ray Kelly, Campisi, Pulaski to de Blasio, Bratton, O’Neill, Boyce/Reznick NYPD Detectives supervisors Broke laws at their desk lied in police reports NYPD crimes protected like my Case!!! 

Chief Boyce  should be forced out not allowed to be retired and I can’t wait we pass a law we all voted for last election anyone in New York City government that breaks laws and I want to add and protects breaking laws lose their pensions do you know how much money that would save New York City if top cops lose their pensions and they should including for what they did in my case all these years! We have passed the 5 yr mark and the Prospect Park rape victim it’s been over 23 years and she does not have justice because John Miller wasn’t fired 23 years ago he was allowed to grow richer he got a job at CBS when John Miller should’ve been fired and he should be fired now in the city owes her money just like they owe me but they owe the PO Rape Victim far more in damages!

 I am owed interest year after year Corp Counsel lied  for the NYPD detectives supervisors etc  and internal affairs in my case so the Prospect Park Rick take them is owed 23 years of interest for lies and suffering..

 The NYPD will never issue of form for people who drop charges to sign yester no was I coerced because they use coercion as a policing tool they break was using coercion to make crimes  disappear !

I’m also gathering more evidence more information and it will shock you stay tuned I was a patient instead of apologies what do you think I’m getting besides the violence lies and threats stay tuned there’s more to the story all you know is what I’ve repeated over and over and over and over for over 5 1/2 years post Traumatic  stress - PTSD victims  repeat and repeat because they hope for a different outcome - shocking — and in my case it’s almost like Greek  mythology every time they could apologize become accountable take responsibility they decide to keep on more lies so how does one cope with this...?

I think  about the prospect park rape victim 23 years later and she’s now step closer to Justice she’s been validated and vindicated but where is her justice involving the people that lied about her?
 Where is her financial compensation and I think there should be a plaque for us victims there have to be reminders including physical reminders of what we in doored in a city that was supposed to protect us!

It’s been over 5 1/2 years —  if there is a film or book and family members of the people that did terrible things want to apologize too late.    New York City we do see family members step forward and say this is wrong and they turn their family member in so I don’t want apologies 10 years from now or 20 years or 30 years except if it’s from the city of New York, the police commissioner the comptroller and how about the mayor?

I don’t know how people participate in lying and go home and face their children  how to imagine they will face whatever God they believe in if they believe in G-d

 I’m so happy that Chief Boyce is soon to be gone but is another corrupt protect NYPD crimes Blue Wall  like the kind Trump would build going to replace him —??????


When Chief Reznick is gone - I’m thinking of hiring a lawyer I want to look into lawyers right now but Mom very ill barely hanging in but she is hanging in — at the time I was assaulted I never met with the lawyer even though the great Ron Kuby did his best to protect me (he had been assaulted too) we never met I didn’t Pay him and in someway it backfired but I wasn’t safe in  The custody of NYPD that broke laws told me that in Cara by two black eyes they’re breaking was at their desk what would they have done when I was there in person I probably still be at Rikers right now I’m exhausted and my mother is ill and now I do have the financial resources or I will make them available it’s time for me to search out lawyers or will it be like the Prospect Park Rape Victim them at 23 years later will be the time that a lawyer can help me finally involving the crimes committed...?
