Opposition Brief  file by  US Department of Justice to the  Supreme Court 12/14/16, Defense Reply brief filed with Supreme Court 12/28/16...will the Supreme Court here the case??? Trudging through the DOJ's opposition brief the street remains puzzled where are the Allens? The owners of Technodyne were indicted and slipped out of the United States and remain at large, India? Lost in India? Hardee Har Har!?!

Per Dept of Justice opposition brief Technodyne  is very much part of  CityTime Fraud: 

"The principal owner of Technodyne agreed to the arrangement in part because his company was in bad financial shape and needed the CityTime business. Ibid."

"Technodyne prepared fake documents and supplied them to petitioner’s tax preparers, allowing petitioner to claim foreign tax credits on the kickback proceeds." 

And no one can find them?

Scotblog is following the Denault's Supreme Court Appeal,!? Is the DOJ ever-broadening the definition of  contract fraud and over reach of sentence guidelines? More interesting is how this case ceased chasing the TrchnoDyne owners the Allen's and never indicted  a single government official nor top executive  as if CityTime Fraud occurred in a vacuum only fully orchestrated by employees of main contractor of SAIC (signer of the City Time contract) and the City of New York (signer of the City Time contract?  

Meanwhile, SAIC (now Leidos) shareholder lawsuit slowly moves through district court. Leidos files 88 pages of  we did not know? Will the shareholders ever see a dime? 

Wonder Woman  she continues to lasso Dr Redacto, this blogs fictional legal villain who redacts the truth from court documents, masking the real story.

(Zachary Redacto Carter was nicknamed after this blogs villain Dr Redacto! Is the US Attorney gearing up to make arrests inside City Hall re: corruption inside de Blasio admin but Zachary Redacto Carter is teflon  because the US attorney doesn't want to arrest a former US attorney?)

 It's still astounding to think they got on the plane and flew out of the United States.   It's still mind-boggling that not one NYC cup employee has been arrested CityTime, ECTP aka 911 it's so many tech taxpayer Titanic's like board of election   Technology anyone who votes in the city of New York city knows what a rip off it is.
