Delita Hooks was advised by someone to go in and lie and commit even more crimes but it was OK because there was no one with integrity to come forward and speak up and tell the truth and turn and everyone involved including top brass internal fares that looked at my case and the dirty DA who committed to me my tack or committed a series of crimes but they did not want to touch the NYPD! The NYPD employee wrote what down Delita Hooks lies at the very bottom -- Delita Hooks lied during an open police investigation along with others including the NYPD but she does acknowledge she understood I was a patient.
