In Appellate court NYPD Det John Vergona's liar lied for him yet again -- this time stating Det John Vergona did not know I was Jewish but I asked him about false arresting me on the Sabbath -- are you anti-Semitic?
Detective John Vergona a NYC Gov worker refused to answer yes or no!!!
I followed up with an email making it very clear how upset I am with the anti-Semitic detective and the evil he is up to yet Jonathan Popolow his defense attorney from corporate counsel I believe stated Det John Vergona did not know I was Jewish and your tax payer money went to that.
Jonathan Popolow claimed Ray Kelly's corrupt NYPD det who did not work in a vacuum -- did not know I WAS JEWISH?

Rosemari Nam stated I was not assaulted -- she lied for Sgt Chen who laughed over the phone YOU WERE ASSAULTED AT THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE...
