Complaint against NYPD Sgt Mary O'Donnell than IAB and than commander 01 you never told me I could go back and file second-degree assault charges and everyone was aware that my tack or signed a letter threatening me yet again warning me not to come back

When I dropped those charges against my will any officer could've told me that I could come back and report second-degree assault. No one did.


Internal Affairs Mary O'Donnell knew that she not only did not give me that option but she read me my tackers threat morning me not to come back or she would file a second false cross-complaint against me and Internal Affairs Drugs at would be impossible she couldn't do a second-degree cross-complaint which proves complicity on the side of Internal Affairs and supervisors and anyone who looked at this case in the please department and internal affairs.


Than IAB Mary O'Donnell Sergeant now at 13 precinct read me my attacker's signed letter in front of Sergeant Koll threatening me agreeing to drop her. Arches but warning me not to come back and false second-degree assault or she file another fake cross complaint clearly Internal Affairs Drugs letting me know that they were going to back another false cross-complaint and I better shut up and keep my head down.



I'm alleging my guess Joe Tacopina wrote that letter for my attacker Delita Hooks and he was the one that initially came and called me a cunt warned me he very mean court.

I'm alleging there's a whole Lotta people involved in witness tampering in my case in terms of NYPD Internal Affairs their officers that blatantly lied and participated in coercion lying to police reports and covering up for other cops especially shocking internal affairs role.


One honest cop told me but he wasn't associated with any of these precincts and dirty dealings and he told me over a year later it was by accident I learned that I had that option and as soon as I learned it I went to trying reported and of course I was turned away at the 1st Precinct.
