Pro Se victims of the NYPD are victimized by courts. Judge Allison Nathan didn't even have to face me and she held onto my case for over year and I asked her to please meet with me and she refused how's that for wanting to get the truth????? As a victim at an MD's medical office is supposed to be a safe place then I went to the NYPD and I went to internal fairs and then I went to the Manhattan DA with overwhelming proof and then I went to federal judge -- I can't help but wish for a Higher Court and huge servings of karma pie.

I am pro se so everybody that uses electronic knows instantly what's happening in my case except me so I just got a letter from corporate counsel lawyer Jonathan Popolow alerting me that I have five minutes after almost 3 years I'm going to have five minutes to argue my case. The court has not sent me the letter or it hasn't arrived yet.

I'm going to ask for more time most likely I won't get it so that might be something I would discuss with the Supreme Court asking the court to take my case --along with me referring Judge Allison Nathan to the youtube of Delita Hooks attacking me and clearly judge Nathan did not go to youtube watch the video of the attack at Dr Andrew Fagelman or the audios posted on youtube of PO Migori and Sgt Chen of Detectives 01 precinct turning me away violating my 14th amendment rights as well as the audio on YouTube of internal affairs Sergeant Mary O'Donnell refusing me the request to fax more evidence including Ron Kuby's letters not exactly what I agreed to so I wanted to share the Kuby email plus medical reports my eye hole in retina macular pucker from attack and Sgt O'Donnell on audio refuses because she doesn't want to investigate my case!!!! Sgt O'Donnell wants my case closed hear her on youtube!
Looks like I may be spending even more years pursuing justice because the court systems failed me so I go to the Supreme Court asking them to take my case????
I believed in good faith the judge appointed by Obama Allison Nathan would look at the evidence that I posted on YouTube -- it is the 21st century and I am pro se it turns out the judge Allison Nathan couldn't be bothered or even tell me she wouldn't do it -- so present a different way via discs or however she wanted me to share evidence so do I take this case to the Supreme Court ask them to take a look which I know my chances are slim but you never know.

Eric Garner was pro se meaning he did his own lawsuit himself without lawyer see it below in his own handwriting and if the court had just gone out of their way just a little to help him said no to update his address maybe he'd be alive today.
