You cannot go over $1 billion over budget and there is no criminal activity including falsifying paperwork - fraud and oh yeah they hands it in crappy subpar work late? Bloomberg de Blasio administrations: You're telling me we can't get anyone arrested and are not suing for big time money compensation for damages?
How about a full refund plus damages?
Can we get $40 million back on the real estate up in the Bronx that the City of NY should never bought in the first place? Bronx price tag over 50 million now still not up and running. If the first command center collapses since the second isn't were up and running emergency calls will be rerouted to one police Plaza.
Like CityTime, 911 a hunk of junk leaving folks questioning why there are no arrest of New York City government officials as well as contractors, consultants and lobbyists and can we get a full refund plus damages.
WSJ: mark peters de Blasio's guy or should I say BloomdeBlasio see no evil nyc Dept of investigation under scrutiny really? It is like de Blasio is bloomdeBlasio and he and Scott stringer you both want to be mayor are trying to make sure there's no prosecution of the criminals responsible for over $1 billion overrun on 911 who not only overbilled but forged whatever they needed to get the money they didn't deserve and handed in crap? Nice huh and 8 and a half million New Yorkers would like to believe that for over $2 billion you can have a 911 system that works. They were stealing and they were apparently allowed to if your middle-class of porn you still you go to jail but if you're connected to top companies you can overbill and it's not a crime. Whatever they did more than just overbill.
Mark Peters states overbilling is not a crime in regards to 911 which under Mayor Bloomberg went over budget over $1 billion. Ok good to know but if over billing is not a crime is delivering faulty services and falsifying paper work a crime?
Approximately 8 1/2 people depend on the 911 tech system for New York City so it is amazing to me there's not been one arrest and zero accountability.
CityTime and 911 have a lot in common but Mark Peters says we're lucky no one was actually stealing on 911. Two mayors , two heads department investigation and Cy Vance say 911 no crime?
Amazing to me CityTime and 911 not one arrest of a New York City government official. For CityTime I thought at least Joel Bondy would be arrested but no.
When a common crook is caught stealing perhaps their defense might be I was just grossly mismanaged myself. It worked with Mark Peters on 911 now a 2 billion + dollar tax payer Titanic in my opinion and CityTime is destined for the dumpster. Other tech Titanics 311, Board of Election, FDNY Wireless, NYCWiNS, Board of Ed, etc....?
Tale of two cities...one teflon.
