A-Rod Lawyer Joe Tacopina, is Allstate Going to Expose Tacky like MLB, NYDN and if we get new honest NYPD Commissioner and Special Prosecutors, if Tacopina threatened me after Attack at Dr Andrew Fagelman's could he be disbarred and arrested?

Is Joe Tacopina a face time addict and a psycho addicted to threatening people in my opinion oh yeah, this is an opinion blog,  going to be forced to drop his lawsuit against a man represented by Allstate? Allstate giving him the MLB treatment.  I'm not a lawyer but I think as I understand it Allstate wants to see Tacky's  tax returns for the last two years which I think others may want to look at? Remember Feds got Tacopina to turn on Bernie Kerik his client, BFF and biz partner...joe's money trail proffer agreement rumors? Would Tacky's taxes be like tea leaves hardee har har...would see tax info pertaining to Alex Rodriguez if A-Rod if he even payed Joe Tacopina or other things? Joe's soccer partner Joe Saputo paying attention?   Tacky's  a shady lawyer as Kerik's secretly recorded audio proved a super liar but how close to the line has Tacopina, a lawyer that says he decapitates in court, come to commiting a crime or has he?   Tacopina and A-Rod both took proffer agreements.   Hmmm.   A-Rod  and Tacopina feared jail time for very different reasons?

Joe Tacopina is suing a man represented by Allstate and the NYDN again (NYDN used to be his special friend even letting him write an article about rape after he bragged about getting the NYPD rape cops off !!!) and Tacopina doesn't like my posts but he is not threatening me right now via his associates and I wonder if perhaps because I keep pointing out he possibly broke the law allegedly possibly it was him threatening me calling me a confrontative cunt and threatening me warning me not to come forward or the tables would be turned which is what happened and that's witness tampering aggravated harassment in what was an  open case he possibly Joe and others goal trying to silence me the victim of a violent crime at Dr Andrew Fagelman's and all guilty parties the corrupt NYPD, Delita Hooks did succeed in their corrupt criminal actions at least for now but his letter the letter I believe Tacopina ghost wrote for my  attacker Delita Hooks threatening me and she signed -- it  wasn't very smart if we had an honest police commissioner and DA.   If we get The new police commissioner, special prosecutors and a new commission into police corruption there's going to be trouble for everyone involved in my case and other cases.  

I continue to ask for special prosecutor for my case.   Did Tacky learn dirty dealings pulling strings from Charlie Joe Hynes ex Brooklyn DA who is suppose to face 2 grand juries but surprise surprise he's just enjoying his forced retirement (like how many dirty cops) or did Tacky learn to threaten victims from dirty corrupt NYPD officers that did some fixing in favors for him? Does Joe Tacopina have any knowledge of NYPD, IAB, DA fixing favors?   I have a lot of questions for Joe Tacopina under Oath I have a lot of questions even want to ask him about the PBA and the New York pensions and more on any knowledge fixing and favors.

I witnessed a retired NYPD commander trying to fix a parking ticket for an Rudin flunkie.  The retired NYPD commander is on Rudin's payroll and I reported this to Ray Kelly and later Bratton.  Any ideas why the Dr Andrew Fagelman's violent lying receptionist office manager is allowed to do a running punch to my head, file a false cross complaint, the NYPD are allowed to get away with lying in police reports and threatening me?  No wonder the NYPD don't want to share (DA Hynes) Scarcella's police reports.   Re my case I have secretly recorded audio of ADAs and paper work, emails that make Cy Vance look worse than Hynes or is it Michael Lewis's Flash Boys that show Cy Vance worse than Hynes in a shorter amount of time?  I am waiting for honest brass and a new Commission to get answers.

Funny because I want to investigate and ask under oath questions to police commissioners about 911 tech corruption, contractors and HP's special connection to the New York pension board so it's amazing to me that the police department doesn't want to get my case resolved in the city of New York because it just inspires me to ask even more questions that I want answered under oath in front of US Senate committee in front of a new commission to police corruption.   

The threats directed worked in the short-term especially as I had a hole in my retina problems with my vision and couldn't believe I was being threatened after a running punched my head at the doctors by Delita Hooks and the NYPD Det John Vergona was verbally violent threatened me and lied in police reports and he was not alone in a vacuum and some mysterious lawyer threatens me on Sunday night after the attack, I remember calling Norman Siegel and telling him about the cunt calling lawyer threatening me  but I don't think the MD's office, NYPD and "the cunt calling lawyer"  got the results are quite wanted in the long term.

Is Tacopina going to drop his lawsuit case involving a man represented by Allstate like the NYDN lawsuit number 1 and NYDN lawsuit number 2 to be tossed like a salad any minute?
