If Mr Bratton will not change his ways and continues destroying community relations with the People, protecting the Blue Wall of Corruption and zero transparency and accountability he must be replaced ASAP and based on Leonard Levitt's column a pr piece for John Miller, Mr Miller can be replaced as the division head and the anti-Terrorism unit and unit can run smoothly since there've been no changes since Mr Cohen exited except sharing more openly with FBI.
1) my lawsuit #1 Judge Nathan's 25 page dismissal ended with a paragraph stating I could pursue the NYPD IAB City of NY in State Court.
2) Lawsuit #2 will focus on systematic police corruption including the NYPD, Internal Affairs and the DA re: my case as example as well as 911 tech corruption involving open season over billing, inflating prices across the board resulting in a billion dollar plus over-ride (crazy huh) and NYPD Chief Chuck Dowd graft ok with Internal Affairs as is NYPD in my case coercing me and lying in police reports. (Added post email: May 2012 John Liu requested Cy Vance pursue a criminal investigation in to 911. I allege just like my case he fixed it.)
It is impossible to go over budget over a billion dollars and there be no stealing and Hewlett Packard like NYPD Chief Dowd was not qualified to head 911.
911 is a bigger crime than CityTime and 8 1/2 million people's lives depend on the system which is corrupted as much as it is corrupt and faulty like the internal affairs division itself, over complicated division run like Soviet Union that cost the taxpayers way too much money is devoted to protecting the NYPD brand.
Internal Affairs said Chief Chuck Dowd and other white shirts took gifts thousands of dollars of golfing gifts from Verizon 911 but that did not impact the bidding process.
The issue of gifts beside violating NYPD protocol and ethics was not about bids as much as it was I allege Mr Dowd smoothing over any complaints against Verizon who under John Liu was forced to pay back the City 50 million dollars back on 911. That's significant that a contractor was forced to pay the city back $50 million and an NYPD chief and other white shirts were taking gifts from Verizon! How about hewlett-Packard and Gartner Group did he take any gifts from them as well?
Internal Affairs refused to investigate whether NYPD Chief Chuck Dowd took any compensation of any kind related to FirstNet. I have audio of me talking with internal affairs now on YouTube.
I exclusively reported Mr Bratton and Mr Dowd hosted a FirstNet board meeting at 1 Police Plaza before FirstNet came under investigation.
Besides being an activist I'm considered a citizen journalist often scooping other news reporters reporting news they will not report perhaps because they are afraid of losing their press passes or other forms of police retaliation like the kind I have suffered.

I allege NYPD chief Dowd and other top NYPD brass may have taken gifts from HP and Gartner Group. A Gartner vp and retired NYPD officer I allege that could be implicated had the whistleblower on 911 who reported stealing as early as 2008 via email to Mayor Bloomberg and Christine Quinn arrested over text messages but his actions were completely protected and they were less allegedly than ethical and the Manhattan DA refused to believe that he was equally to blame harassing her and possibly taking evidence she has proving corruption 911. Whistle blower allegations have been validated by John Liu's audits and requests for criminal prosecution. The same detective squad that went after Jane Doe threatened me.
When I went to testify on 911 at City Hall June 1, 2013 and the need for a criminal investigation I handed Ray Kelly my Justice card that stated the NYPD were fixing crime like a Las Vegas Casino.
Than I met Chief Chuck Dowd the head of technology for the NYPD; at first he refused to tell me that he was the head of the division. I had no idea he was caught "fixing crime and promoted to head of tech with no tech background and handed him my Justice Card. He read it and refused to take my civilian testimony since he was not going to be staying.
Did Ray Kelly promote him to the head of 911 for a decade to fix anything that needed fixing just like the police stats that he was punished and then promoted for? He went from fixing NYPD stats and crime to covering up and fixing for contractors and consultants that he was getting graft from on 911?
The FDNY chiefs took my testimony.
If mayor de Blasio wants to apologize and take action against the contractors and consultants grossly over billing as well as systematic corruption including with in the police dept I will remove him from the lawsuit. Ditto for Mark Peters.

That's crazy and that a call to NYPD chief banks office instigated this when I called NYPD chief Banks and spoke to Lt Gannon and told him the police turned me away yet again when I try to report second-degree assault he said they can do that because I'm suing and I disagree I believe that's a violation my 14th amendment right the NYPD are not allowed to turn me away which was done for the false cross-complaint for second-degree assault by Delita Hooks and to report alleged anti-Semitism by Det Vergona.

Dr Eterno a retired NYPD captain looked at the video and said it's crazy and she filed a false cross-complaint which the Manhattan DA acknowledged along with second-degree assault and menacing yet internal affair said there was no assault and claims they forwarded my case to the NY department of health which responded it's simply not true.
IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell read me my Attacker Delita Hooks' letter to her NYPD fixers threatening me yet again warning me not to come back and file assault charges -- it sounded like it was drafted by Joe Tacopina for worked for Dirty DA hynes and Delita Hooks signed letter is crazy. The fact that the NYPD have seen the video the medical reports and the letter by attackers letter threatening me her false cross-complaint and fixed for all those behaving criminally -- that is crazy.
Retired NYPD Capt Eterno said that Sgt Chen and PO migori should not have turned me away when I tried to report my attacker's false cross complaint.
Police protocol requires that Sgt. can come down and meet me and he refused I repeatedly asked for a supervisor and you can hear that on the audio.
They should've taken my report and put it in my file and my attackers file and they turned me away and I have audio of them turning me away and calling internal affairs, CCRB, DI Ed Winski.

Mayor de Blasio needs to remove the NYPD from control of press passes. I called NYPD's press liaison to ask if it's normal protocol to pull down a man's pants and do an anal body cavity search in public as Eric Garner described in his lawsuit from seven years ago. Eric makes it clear that this was done sexually degrade and humiliate him that the police retaliated against him when he stated he would sue by arresting him for drugs. He said he had nothing to hide and to please if they were going to strip searching do anal body cavity search to do it at the precinct. NYPD officer William Owens refused and said that he was going to arrest him for drugs.
The NYPD Press office and Police Department one police Plaza told me I had to email my question and of course I did I got no answer and I included Mr bratton and as usual got no answer.
