Bratton knew he wasn't going to make it hence his short apt lease but he plans on golden parachute of his own making just like Ray Kelly hope to be head of Homeland security so he would not blow the whistle on contractors over billing us on CityTime and 911 like SAIC and HP because they have lucrative contracts with homeland security the Pentagon etc.

Bratton brought and as many of his friends is making all kinds of deals I believe connected to New York City cup and firstnet hence as I exclusively reported he and corrupt police chief chuck Dowd hosted a board meeting at 1 police plaza. FirstNet a 7 billion Dollar sham my opinion (my blog is my opinion) is now under federal investigation I am happy to report.  Nyc gov contracts along with all NYPD contracts and now the $400 million de Blasio gave Bratton along with the entire NYPD budget needs to be audited.  911 needs forensic audit and a criminal trial.  The was was in as usual when it comes to dirty cops you always seem to find a dirty DA in this case Cy Vance also protected dirty cops in my case a committed the crime of coercion lied police reports and it fixing in favors retaliation. Cy Vance a dirty DA owned by rich people and rich banks like GS couldn't of been happier to retaliate against me a whistleblower. I am suing him and 3 ADAs; ethics complaint has been filed and a notice of claim as well.

Bratton never saw the future with him being a whopping failure like Kelly he plans to market himself and make as much money as possible from the side decency justice integrity and and an oath once took when they took to uphold the Constitution.  He decided we were going to have a concept call collaborative policing that matches his book and both are failures? 

The NYPD are out of control including taking graft from Ray Kelly's free rides to NYPD Chief Dowds pricey golf gifts to open season cops stealing from drug dealers to now freebies for anything and everything NYPD... And fixing favors and retaliation is rampant in cleaning in my case for a Dr.'s office.
