Mayor de Blasio Fibbing Covering up 911 and Need for Criminal Investigation

Why isn't the city calling for criminal investigation and asking for money back from Hewlett-Packard Northrop Grumman Verizon Gartner Group and other consultants as well as challenging lobbyists and even the city itself for allowing $1 billion override.  

Please explain why DOI and DOITT let a key figure from Hewlett-Packard eye who was the initiator ofover billing - you started what would be a free-for-all of looting across the boards why was he allowed to come back representing another company  who has a million-dollar contract with the city of New York on 911 instead of arresting him?

Also note at least two of the companies overbilling I connected to Homeland security and the NYPD always want that jobs with homeland security and or the big contractors that are over billing us like SAIC (CityTime)Hewlett-Packard Northrop Grummanand plenty our consultants including Gartner Group. Gartner Group overbilled us I'm alleging across the boards on everything from 91 one city time to board of elections and check out who's on their team.  

To lobbyist for Northrop Grumman I believe I reported years ago ran DOITT.  

Anyone who could do simple math knew that there was stealing criminal actions going on - open season to loot over bill no arrests and what we have on her hand is over complicated tech mess hunk of junk like CityTime destined for the dumpster.  

I did get confused and think they were lobbyist for HP but Agostino (aka Aggie) and Gino are lobbyists they were both lobbyists on city time and 911 and they were the guys that man do it under Mike Bloomberg Gino even attended my Bloomberg's daughter's wedding because they work together on 311.  

Right now if the Brooklyn command center goes down on 911 calls are routed to One Police Plaza despite the city spending $50 million on the Bronx command center which is a back up unit!

It's a scam it's a crime the city of New York should be fighting to get taxpayer back a large amount this is CityTime on a far larger scale and I can't get the price tech for 31 one but that's obviously another taxpayer Titanic. 

Ok than where is our criminal investigation, arrests and our money back like CityTime.  With CityTime Preet Bharara slim lined it and also refused to go back in time.  What makes going after the criminals for 911 is there so many including consultants contractors and lobbyists and possibly New York City government officials who protected rather then take action starting with department investigation and doitt heads who became lobbyists  as well as NYPD taking gifts from at least 1 contractor and possible more as well as possibly FirstNet now under a Federal Investigation.

Also to take control what would happen is you have to set up boxes like the old-style fire and boxes and modernize them Who allow people to communicate with 911 and the city without depending on phone lines because they will collapse under large-scale terrorist attack or series of Terrace attacks and or a hurricane Sandy natural disaster.  

Need to be able to text and under terrible circumstances have the option to email if the phone lines go down.   

I don't believe for an instant the mayor can take control of this disaster it's too big too complicated kind of like internal affairs which both 911 internal fares cost taxpayers of fortune for an over complicated mess that doesn't get what it supposed to do done properly and both have huge bloated price tags ditto for three won one and many of mayor Bloomberg's tech Titanics.   911 is the biggest tech titanic ever in nyc gov and the criminals  don't even have to hide .
