No top executives or New York City Officials (Team Bloomberg + Preet Bharara)were ever indicted, one employee and two contractors were sentenced to 20 years in jail and one employee is still waiting sentencing for being a turn coat, the India based subcontractor escaped to India and the rest turned evidence and one person died. SAIC in turn got a deferred prosecution agreement to be monitored by government, ha, ha, ha and returned 500 million plus back to the City of New York admitted guilt but got to continue operating as a government contractor and a tax break. What SAIC has done is like a DUI on steroids as SAIC continues to settle claims on bad boy antics of over billing and conflict of interests cleverly avoiding ramification under there Deferred Prosecution Agreement?
