It may take another horrific tragedy like September 11 to wake up our great nation to the corruption going on here New York City's 911 tech system (starting with mayor Bloomberg hiring HP with no 911 experience) and I'm alleging now FirstNet with aprox a 7 billion dollar budget for the entire country vs NYC corrupt 911 tech system 2.1 billion $s -- 1.1 billion dollars over budget - Chuck Dowd Ray Kelly and Mike Bloomberg have nothing to be proud of want to comes the 911 Tech system. How Bill de Blasio, Bratton and the new head of department of investigation I'm not crying out for a criminal investigation to 911 for me is mind blowing! Dowd was demoted by Bratton thankfully.
If there is yet a terrorist attack on a large-scale like to know how billions of dollars were wasted on NYC's 911, FirstNet -- den vu again, and what comes to mind is how Mr. Bratton and chief Dowd were hosting a FirstNet board meeting at 1 Police Plaza when our very own 911 technology system is a mess!!!!

FirstNet had left up Chief Dowd's resume stating he was in charge of 911 when in fact he's been demoted, booted out by Bratton, after being a Ray Kelly puppet for over a decade as chief of tech. FirstNet finally removed him today from their website took them long enough!

I exclusively reported that this chief Chuck Dowd quietly retired and I learned it from internal affairs when I was asking them to investigate was he taking compensation or gifts or compensation from FirstNet The board contractors etc.?
My guess is NYPD chief Dowd who was demoted before he was quietly encouraged to retire is toxic if anyone knows the truth (and understands right from wrong) and right now Bill Bratton's NYPD has an incredibly negative reputation so no NYPD board member this time around but when Brad misfired maybe tomorrow next week whenever he will land on his feet and on some board for $ure.
FirstNet is being scrutinized and for good reason, they have a $7 billion budget and it seems like there's more infighting about that money and greed then there is a bout the priority of why it was created!!!!
This blog celebrates the fact that NYPD chief doubt could not find a way to get back on that board and if you did we know what he was therefore to trying get a lot more than golfing freebies????? I don't think Verizon was the only one giving him gifts my opinion and by the way he wasn't the only one taking gives employed by the New York Police Department and they're not allowed to take gifts.
