Eric Garner wasn't resisting arrest. Look at his hands. He throws them up in exasperation! He could've been reasoned with peacefully and calmly. Even when he is in a choke hold his hands remain open rather than folding in to fists.
His murderer (in my opinion) jumped on him.
Okay let's say when he jumped on him his intent wasn't to murder.
How about the first time when Eric said I can't breathe.
What was his intent?
His murderer in my opinion and this is an opinion blog along with his supervisors in no way tried to help Eric to breathe and in anyway alter their behavior.
Eric stated repeatedly I can't breathe. I can't breathe I can't wait I can't breathe.
Not only did the alleged murderer not stop choking him but once he got Eric to the ground his killer took his hand with his bodyweight and pressed Eric's head in to the cement further harming his neck.
Law enforcement retires say to me it was not murder. The cop has no intent to murder Eric. I respect their insights and we can agree to disagree.
In my opinion I don't agree because over and over and over his killer he had a chance to stop his behavior and he did not stop. He just kept throttling a man who said I can't breathe.
Eric never did one aggressive act with his hands open hands and empty as I showed you in the photo close-up even when they're doubly attacking him to his hands remain open and nonaggressive.
A devils advocate stated he was resisting arrest.
My response was he was frustrated and agitated but not violent standing there with open empty hands. As the photo shows he never curls his hands to make a fist like my attacker.
And I was attacked at a MD which should have been a safe place; the hatred that came from that my attacker the repeated actions by her shocking. She would not stop until her coworkers who all lied about me got her to finally stop finally go her to let go me and stop her furious to kick me after a running punch to my head.
In my opinion Eric's attacker and mine and my attacker 's NYPD fixers had malicious intent. To degree is debatable but it was malicious.
If Eric Garner's alleged murderer has no malicious intent than why didn't he stop the first time, 2nd time, 3rd time, 4th time ?
There's no way he's going to go away for murder it's just an opinion and legally or not a lot of New Yorkers feel he was murdered
