Personally I don't think selling a 50 Cent cigarette is a crime.   I don't believe Eric Garner committed a crime and the NYPD did not have the customer he allegedly sold the cigarette to with them did they?  I do believe overbilling taxpayers of Fortune is a serious crime especially on something like 911!


Mark Peters when he stated there was no crime it sure sounds to me like cover-up lies and political move -- a Tale of Two Cities are the poor are criminalized and whistleblowers like me are targeted and threatened.  Is threatened by my attacker at the doctors and by the NYPD for being a victim of a violent crime which I agreed to false arrest twice.

I asked IAB to investigate the possibility that NYPD Chief Chuck Dowd taking compensation and/or gifts from FirstNet and from contractors as he served on the board which I don't think was ethical in the first place but he's on his way out he was demoted, corrupted internal affairs let him retire and he will no longer be on the board as of this month because FirstNet was too embarrassed to kick him off because he was a fraud propped up by Ray Kelly.  


Look into consultants roles including Gartner who I'm alleging overbuilt us for commonsense advice.  Take a good book at Gardner and they're consulting across the boards from   911, CityTime (brief and corrupt) to 911.   


NYPD Chief Dowd chums then he retired cop and Gartner?  Would a cop on Gartner: a favor from the first precinct Detective squad? Same detective squad to threaten me and committed a crime called coercion.
