NYC Gov 911 Tech Corruption Feds, Preet Bharara 911 Mega Scandal Ssshhh!

One original whistleblower 911 contacted everybody and I mean everybody from Albany to Mike Bloomberg and Christine Quinn from 2008 on including Preet Bharara.
Later I would follow up and contact everybody.
I 'm pretty confident the FBI , DOI, most everybody in New York City government that knows anything about 911 and billing knows who is one of the major culprits by a contractor over billing and there's nothing in arrest.
Preet Bharara in my opinion lied declaring Mike Bloomberg and Joel Bondy guilt free on CityTime. Bondy 50 shades of guilty and Bloomberg and Thompson along with department of investigation where alerted that SAIC was ethically challenged to put it kindly way before Denault was hired as exposed by Richard Valcich head of office of payroll pre- Bondy. Valcich went from hero to zero to say because rumor has it he compromised himself as well? Why else would he have nothing to say and hire a lawyer? Did not have to hire a lawyer because Preet Bharara was committed to protecting New York City government officials as well as the head of Department of investigation Rose Gill Hearn responsible for turning away whistleblowers on city time and 911.
Rudy Giuliani and his deputy mayors turn lobbyists and Liz Holtzman in my opinion all guilty pushing SEAC along with Mike Bloomberg like a drug kingpin pushes heroin.
Rose Gill Hearn didn't infomercial on NY1 that CityTime works. Name any head of Department of investigation that's done something like that? CityTime a hunk a junk.
It wasn't just one contractor with 911 -- consultants who charged a fortune to tell us the obvious, obvious including X heads of DOITT like Rudy Giuliani's deputy mayors turn lobbyists for SAIC.
It was a revolving door of corruption and rewarding a culture failure under Mike Bloomberg it seem like everybody made a fortune at the expense of the People how many of these technology programs are destined for the dumpster?
Remember Hurricane Sandy Ray Kelly Mike Bloomberg stated 911 worked but in reality Bloomberg and City Hall notified in 2008 lead contractor overbilling and they were problems. Big problems starting with the emergency command center in Brooklyn and the progress by contractors -- let's just say for the money they were billing the progress was crappy.
Shocking it's 2014 and there's no criminal investigation yet!!!!

I do not know how these people look themselves in the mirror. 911 is about saving lives but contractors lobbyists and consultants didn't seem to care and those empowerment could be going to criminal investigation and trial prevented it from happening.
I want a forensic audit 311, Board of elections tech -- what a hunk of junk overpriced hunk of junk -- , FDNY Wireless, NYCAPS, NYCWINS , etc.
