March 21, 2014 Joe Tacopina had already notified Judge and NYDN he was dropping lawsuit against NYDN




I was sent a letter dated March 21, 2014 that's has Joe Tacopina schedule of how he's going to proceed with the lawsuit stating that via his attorney---  the New York daily news was aware that he was going to drop this lawsuit against the New York Daily News so the question is with all that time entire month and a half why hasn't the New York daily news reported the fact Joe Tacopina drop the lawsuit....

Joe said it was an attack on his character -- laughable -- not as if he has  any (in my opinion) but all of a sudden he doesn't want any money...

Why?  Because he cannot win the case just like Alex Rodriguez could not win the case against major-league baseball.  


Why is the New York daily news not reporting Joe Tacopina dropped the lawsuit cut his losses and ran like a scared creature with his little tail between his legs.  

The New York has been killing news for Joe Crap-o-pina.  


This is not the first time the New York daily news has protected Joe from incredible humiliation.  

Oh yeah there's the one leg millionaire case and yet again Joe Tacopina tried to blame the victim but this time the jury wasn't buying it.  


Who at the New York daily news on the editorial board gave Joe Tacopina the assignment to write about rape after he bragged about getting the NYPD Rape cop off and Chad Seigel and he compared the NYPD rape victims vagina to a flytrap.  


Who at the New York daily news assigned him and paid him to write about rape after that horror show?

I would love to have their phone calls wiretapped and recorded too blast all over YouTube; Joe any of his pals in the media starting with the New York daily news person who assigned him that rape piece to write. 


Do you think that Joe called guess who at the New York daily news and said I will temporarily lost my mind and I know I don't know how to get out suing the NYDN and another deal that is not a Nice legal papers was arranged?
