The Atty. Gen. told me to call him the Manhattan DA direct about being attacked  at the doctor's office  and I had to go back to the attorney general investigation unit and tell them Cy Vancr turned me away and then I filed a complaint against him about that and St. Vincent's Hospital crooks and 911 tech mess.
