Phil is pretty and a winner.... Kai is from the roughest places Brooklyn NYC and to hear him speak about his motivation to become a body builder very moving.   I get the vibe from his scarred cheek he may not have survived if a saint of a good soul hadn't directed him to pumping iron and competing.  

Mickey Rourke in his most macho of tones narrates and famous body builders are interviewed.

Below more thoughts on the film and thoughts on whether I can turn my body around at 52 not to be a body builder but to regain myself and my body after the damage done to me by medical office violence lies and NYPD coercion threats abuses lies IAB abuses.

I'm home sick in bed although just watching the first 10 minutes of this movie I want to get out of bed and go to Dishan 's gym.  I call her my mini Angelina Jolie or Lady Di.

I am gaining weight from just being sick just stayed in bed and eat matzoh bed yesterday afternoon I kid you not....

I do not want to be a bodybuilder.  

I'm about to be 52 years old and my body turned to fat especially my stomach (Fibriod tumors grew my guess like of sleep and stress also why tummy grew) after I was attacked at a doctors office by a violent lying receptionist office manager and then the NYPD turned out to be as corrupt and evil in my opinion so what did I do besides sue starting with the NYPD?

Stopped sleeping again to a lot of weight. 

Kai is the least pretty bodybuilder and Phil has got to be one of the cuter ones but I understand Kai's anger and his need to protect himself and how he focused that into bodybuilding and he is admirable -- I do not like his hair and he is kind of scary but he does seem to understand right from wrong and set of going to Hell in a  handbasket he's totally focused in a positive way and even into the art of body building as well as art itself.

Di is my inspiration and now that I watched this fabulous film I understand a little more.  

I am just grateful she helped me tap in to weight lifting.   

I am stronger than I know says Di.
