Dr. Fagelman Assault Receptionist Delita Hooks Attacks Patient False Cross Complaint NYPD Fixed!

Two days ago I changed the title of this YouTube adding Delita 's aka "Delite"' last name and the word "attack" as well as the fact she filed a false cross complaint. I am coming to terms with the fact she permanently damaged my eye and my vision and I am in Federal Court waiting to hear how the Judge is going to rule on my case. I did not go thru the process of False Arrest with the NYPD using Delita Hooks false cross complaint but due to the seriousness of the injuries and the threat of false imprisonment over the weekend 19 days after the attack and 4 days after Det John Vergona who never met me and never went to the office and demanded my immediate arrest if I did not drop charges. Sgt Decker of IAB said IAB investigators would go over and interview everyone and again that never happened. I never even learned the names of Delita Hooks NYPD detectives until an IAB Sgt O'Donnnell let it slip but she knew I had spelled his name wrong. She promised to send me back my notes with his name by the way spelled wrong and she never did and never corrected the spelling.
My vision is permanently damaged. I have floaters in both eyes from the attack and a hole in my retina from the attack that was laser repaired. I have an emacular pucker from the attack. I have new floaters and it appears like I have a fuzzy gauze floating over my left eye.
I am just coming to terms with my vision being permently damaged and also Delita Hooks and in my opinion her evil amoral employer Dr Fagelman who refused to fire her despite my MD's demand she be fired let Delita Hooks return to her front desk position behind a long closed off reception desk. I will never heal from this and from the NYPD and Internal Affairs Bureaus role including letting Det John Vergona who said I don' t care if you have two black eyes and threatened me with false arrest using a blatantly false cross complaint and the lawyers for the defendants told me the NYPD sealed Delita Hooks false cross complaint in under one year. Why?
I can tell you as part of a covering crimes Delita Hooks crimes of assault and a false cross complaint and the NYPD's crime of coercion and fixing crime and in theory my opinion is the NYPD fix crime like a las vegas casino and do fixing and favors as well as retaliation which is what I allege in my case.

Read the front page --- I was so traumatized I was not able to put "it" together until after I filed the opposition to the City dismissing my case --- that I was threatened by Delita Hooks both in the video with bodily harm and in her letter to her NYPD pals that sealed her false cross complaint in under one year and I was threatened by a Joe Tacopina like lawyer who called me a confrontative cunt and told me via a YouTube comment that if I took any legal action the tables would be turned. I forwarded this Det John Vergona who did not say a word about the shocking threat which I allege is also witness tampering and instead Vergona did just that turning the tables on me threatening me.
Oct 16, 2012 he threatened me with arrest unless I dropped the charges YELLING at me over the phone. He told me would arrest me immediately which I agreed to.
I called him back 10 minutes later about my chipped tooth and he decided on a Saturday arrest I alleged to further punish me the victim as in my opinion he is a prejudiced dirty corrupt cop who further wanted to retaliate against me for not dropping the charges and Lt. Agnes of the Integrity Bureau refuses to call me back and lets him retire.
IAB was part of the cover-up and IAB Sgt O'Donnell allowing me to copy down Det Dwyer's name wrong and never returning my notes is in my opinion just one example and Lt Fikru says he can't do anything about the NYPD and the fixing of the assault etc he is only investigating O'Donnell but the bigger picture is IAB ignored the crime of COERCION a serious crime and let Det Vergona retired fixing it by sending it to Lt Agnes of the Integrity Bureau....the fix was in over and over and the proof is no arrests and already 2 NYPD involved have retired.
IAB and the NYPD never interviewed everybody and Vergona never went over to the office and either did IAB -- just one look at the reception desk says it all.
By the way --- Delita Hooks won't admit the truth along with her NYPD protectors but the video and her false cross complaint say it all.....I pray they are all punished and I tell myself there is a higher court.
The longer the NYPD and IAB do nothing the harder I work for a new Commission in to NYPD and Internal Affairs corruption and the more I am convinced the NYPD cannot police themselves.
