I am exhausted -- two hours sleep -- huge day --- just arranged storage for my huge canvases I have had roles up and have lived in Dad's garage floor...moving them to storage tomorrow...exhausted...FREAKED out about a lot.
First it was hard to go to a new MD today and tell them the shocking story of Dr Andrew Fagelman. The only way to believe it is to go to YouTube and see his crazy violent lying receptionist office manager Delita Hooks who blames me for her intense unprofessional behavior and her violence -- you have to see a small part of it that I did catch on tape. She was absolutely rude, abusive and repeatedly violated my patient rights before I started filming first provoking me to seek help and than when I could get my MD's help because she was already in with another patient Delita Hooks provoked me to start filming.
I handed out my Justice Card left and right and put my Justice cards next to these porny cards any where I could.
While men wrote their name on their cards that exploit women's sexuality mine are about Justice and the NYPD and IAB's abuse of power as well as in my opinion Dr Andrew Fagelman who abused his power by not firing Delita Hooks and she also abused her power coming out from behind the long closed off desk to menace me, give me the finger --- trying to beat me and drag me by my hair and than to lie -- a supposed professional and clearly she isn't so why is she at the front desk but to lie and blame the victim a medical patient is a whole other level of evil and Dr Fagelman and Delita Hooks and all the women in the video have explaining to do and I want it to be under oath not that Delita Hooks seems to care because I have the criminal report and she already lied to the NYPD and she has not been arrested for that either.
Please excuse my PTS but may all involved get theirs --- there is the Highest Court there is and if in some way G-d or karma -- somehow you get yours --- I pray it is in away that you are forced to finally tell the truth about what you did. Sometimes karma serves Justice way better and it is 1 year and now 1 year and 5 months. Now the NYPD say the will not do anything until after the lawsuit. I wait each day to see if Judge Nathan has filed anything and so far she hasn't. I called the Pro Se office and they said it could be quick or it could take 2 months or even 5 months.
I am so exhausted and a loved one who is elderly told me she is dying. I told her we all are. She outlived Philip Seymour Hoffman. Her decline is harsh but I try every day to do CPR on her spirit. Because of the PTS and health problems from the assault the worst insomnia, strange weight swings -- now a HUGE weight gain, next pain but the neck surgeon said skip surgery and try to do what you did before -- hard to believe but true.... and even harder to do...I haven't been able to work out like I did since the assault and I can no longer see out of my contact lenses the way I use to since the assault.
