Hey Preet as my blog as requested for over a year go back in Time CityTime and re-do the indictment. Press/media take a looksy at Preet's flow chart. You should have questions.
The sentencing date for Mazer, Aronshtein and Denault has DELAYED (CityTIME) from March 12 to March 28th... FYI Aronshtein got permission to go to Temple to pray -- I am a Jew and if I was the Judge my ruling would be no.
Back to....City Time Trio ask for Acquittal Retrial?
The trio convicted this past November for the crimes committed under CityTime are pitching a retrial or acquittal? Was the trial fair? We say NO!!!! Preet Bharara refused to back in Time!!!!
Will the sentencing be fair? Could the defendants ever get a fair trial if no Government Officials nor SAIC executives were indicted on charges? Will Preet finally eat some Preet Pie if there is a re-trial and Preet Bharara's teflon protection list/ fix starts to get too sticky.

CityTime was the contracted payroll system project --- SAIC the head criminal contractor ---
in 1998 by the City of New York to automated the city's payroll of 350,000 employees. FYI -- CityTime a lemon no lemon from the get go.....but Rose Gill Hearn 2 kick back jobs from Bloomberg did an Informercial on NY1 Stating CityTime works.
"In short, today we allege what many have long feared: the CityTime project was corrupted to its core by one of the largest and most brazen frauds ever committed against the City of New York." Thanks to Preet Bharara -- not one arrest of an NYC Gov official -- 911 is even bigger crime than CityTime but Preet explain how this is the most largest brazen frauds and not one NYC gov official arrested. We knew Preet wasn't serious -- he would have had to cut ties with Rose Gill Hearn.
Initial budget was 63million and it ballooned to over 700 million. 11 indictments were issues, 1 indictee dies, 5 indictees became turncoats, 2 indictees fled to Indian and are still missing in action , 2 indictees Mazer and Aronshtein the head of quality control and Denault project manager were convicted. Note Denault was acquitted on bribery. None of the indictees had approval power with the City of New York nor signature authority with SAIC? And there is a whistle blower letter before Denault that implying the contract was out of control? See post Valchich letter.... No NYC Gov officials indicted despite Preet's false promise -- oops -- maybe I imagined it.
Meanwhile 3 CityTime high supervising management execs where fired and landing nice jobs. Deborah Lee James a senior exec at SAIC gets a nice job too as AirForce Secretary. John Jumper head of Air Force comes in to clean up the SAIC mess overseeing a convenient split of SAIC into two companies and is on tenure during the Deferred Prosecution Agreement with the DOJ and subsequent dismissal of all share holder lawsuits accusing SAIC of errant SEC (Security Exchange Commission Filings). John Jumper retires last week.
Letter written 2003 Gerald Denault was not hired until 2004!!!!!
Preet Bharara refused to re-write the indictment --- Preet refused to go back in Time CityCrime.
ancient tweet of mine....
Mayor Bloomberg Suzannah Troy Reads Valcich Letter SAIC Preet Redo Indictment! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ARFIl0hxTGw&sns=tw via @youtube
I am so proud I was part of a group pressuring Mike Bloomberg to get our Tax Payer Money back but I was the only one from the get go that said we should get a billion $ back x 3 RICO the Rico was from Bierce & K law firm's article and my speech with Local 375 DC 37 outside SAIC's offices NYC on YouTube.
The letter reading Youtube where I again am trying to pressure Preet Bharara to go back in Time CityTime is heading towards 9,000 views.
"Mr. Bahara said that the investigation was continuing and that “there are more individuals yet to be held accountable.”"

xx pa 27 May 2011They need to Audit the Accenture and the other major contractors to find how this project that we estimated $60 million went to $700 million and still incomplete?
The Project was customizing Peoplesoft payroll system.,
Bloomberg should be responsible for this mismanagement!! Granted some guy milked few millions, How about Auditing Accenture? They have milked the goverment in so many federal projects..!!! This is not anything new!
We knew he was going to blow all our money BEFORE he was elected. And that's precisely what he did.
CITYTIME isn't the exception. it's the RULE, in all agencies, from DHS (the Mayor spent $6 billion to create more homelessness!) to housing (the mayor spent over $20 billion to evict us from our homes) to education (the mayor increased the bloated budget from $12 billion a year for 1 million kids to $24 million per year!) and on and on and on.
Didn't the 25% pay raise he gave the do-nothing City Council (on top of the 75% pay raise Giuliani bribed them with) tip you off?
Go back to sleep.
