When I called from the first precinct and asked what is the name of the receptionist who just punched me in the eye --- it was a long running punch -- Dr Andrew Fagelman's receptionist Delita Hooks wanted to knock me out but she only made a hole in my retina for which I needed surgery and she hoped to drag me by the hair to the elevator.
