for me it was making up these business cards and handing them out asking people to please watch the beginning of me being assaulted by Dr. Fagelman's receptionist.

When I was violently assaulted by Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist office manager Delita Hooks who hit me three times, the third being a running punch to my eye -- but first I catch her on camera threatening me with bodily harm -- after 3 hits to my body I did defend myself.
What started it. Nothing. There is nothing a patient could do to provoke that. The verbal exchange we had was minimal. Me politiely and nicely asking would you consider paper cups instead of styrofoam -- it's better for the environment.
Delita Hooks response a road raging response and she stood up and starting raging at me. She came out from behind a long closed off counter to stalk and menace me.
Dr. Fagelman did not fire her and she and her staff blamed me.
Okay -- you want to lie about me and blame the victim than I will not stop talking about this, spreading the word until I get an apology and the responsibility is taken for what was done to me.
HIP Emblem paid $450 to get a cyst removed and biospied and a medical office is suppose to be a safe place. I pay Hip Emblem way more than that to get medical care and I need it at age 50 with lots of problems including 2 surgeries to my knee, surgery to my wrist, painful synovis injections to my knee just a couple of months before I was violently assaulted.
I never even got a detention in high school.
Go look up Fagelman reviews. He and his staff get trashed and it looks like he asked people to go write positive reviews to counter attack that.
I believe there are two reviews on Yelp warning people to not go to see dr. fagelman. I will never EVER go to any medical space where he practices and my MD, Dr. Vine and her partner vacated the premises 2 weeks after the assault. Det. John Vergona never went to the office and refused to talk to her. Dr. Vine saw me before and right after the assault and witness the defensive wounds that I had photographed as well as the blood already showing under my eye.
After I was attacked violently assaulted it appears that a few people on behalf of them came to my YouTube and verbally harassed me -- zero understand of the violation -- the wrongness of what Dr. Fagelman's receptionist did to me and one man using a fake sock puppet account called me a cunt.
He told me he was a lawyer and I told him I reported him to Google US Marshalls gender hate crime. He immediately closed up his account. You may hear more on that later by the way.
Det Vergona had nothing to say about me being called a cunt and the abuse I got on YouTube perhaps because he took over where they left off in my opinion but the video of me being assaulted proves it all.
All she had to do was close the door and instead she hangs on it to hit me over and over finally letting go of the door to take off her shoes and run at me and punch me in the eye.
She irrationally berated me, than got out from behind a long counter, stalked me, than violently gave me the finger....when I felt I was a safe distance away I decided I want to document this menacing behavior and it turns out I was not far away for a woman so filled with rage I can only thank G-d there wasn't an on coming subway running through Dr. Fagelman's office and hall way.

I Fed Exed Commish Ray Kelly Project Peace and Hope to address violence and bringing Peace to the Streets but I did not hear from me.
The public member of the NYPD at the 01 Precinct urged me to go back or he told me "This will go no where." I refused because I did not feel safe.
I was not told until two weeks later my attacker had filed a false complaint but FYI the NYPD was not gong to the DA but intended to use the false complaint a crime to make this violent assault go away.
I believe the NYPD had a series of biases against me including my blogging, activism as well as other biases too tired to go over right now.

Thank G-d I wasn't a rape victim.
I wouldn't want this guy handling dead people let alone rape vicitms of victims of violent assaults.
New Yorkers are angry with the Stop and Frisk Policy -- another form of Injustice in the name of Justice.
New Yorkers are getting creative fighting this as well with an app, with protests, stop stop frisk biz cards, you name it but the NYPD and NYC Gov from Mike Bloomberg on down are forcing New Yorkers to get creative because we have been failed by too many City Agencies.
I am also holding Internal Affairs accountable and they have been put on notice by me.
I am demanding a commission in to the NYPD that will include investigating IA as well and I hope to testify when the commission is set-up.
I know Bloomberg will do everything in his power to make sure we do not have a commission investigating the NYPD while he is office because of his "faux" legacy.
