Mike Bloomberg's Revolving Door of Corruption $450 returned by SAIC, Seedco Pays us $1.7 million
Seedco, a national nonprofit that operated two career centers for the Department of Small Business Services, will pay the city $1.725 million in damages to resolve a lawsuit by U.S. Attorney for the Southern District Preet Bharara that charged Seedco with routinely falsifying its entries in the national job-placement database.
Seedco (the Structured Employment Economic Development Corporation) admitted to the false reporting as part of the settlement, which was approved by Federal Judge Alvin K. Hellerstein on Dec. 19.
Linda Gibbs no Sherlock Holmes Part 2 -- Do you think Linda Gibbs cares -- read my post that she ain't know Sherlock - her old employees Mark the Momzer Mazer with a very dark past working under her at Children Services NYC gov came back as a Spherion consultants and is accused of the master mind behind the 80 million dollar theft -- small change compared to SAIC over billing us.
Mike Blomberg and Rose Gill Hearn his puppet Dept of Investigations Commissioner both praised CityTime doing informericals in the press -- FYI: CityTime is destined for the dumpster just like Mike tossed another Rudy Horror show Maximus in the garbage -- new york times has an article on that.
We got $450 million dollars back from SAIC and I was the only one to say right away -- too little and than People jumped on my bandwagon and I keep demanding even more back from Contractors and consultants on ECTP 911.
I want major backs for Deloitte SAIC's auditors for damages too.
We need to aggressive go after NYCAPS and all the tech contracts where they over billed us mega millions to billions and I want a forensic audit on 311 and consultant fees on them as well as arrests of NYC gov figures.
Explain how another Linda Gibbs protege Joel Bondy was not arrested. Looks to SAIC lobbyists -- Rudy's guys and Sal Salamone and look to SAIC MTA deals as well as other SAIC NYC gov deals we put the kibosh on.
Under Mike Bloomberg the largest corruption EVER in the history of NYC and mostly tech but not all like Seedco.
This doesn't even cover Board of Ed and Board of Election corruption also involving tech deals and beyond and consultanting firms like Gartner Group -- I was told when Mike Bloomberg looks in the Mirror he says Glenn Hutchins. Google his name and than google his name and mine --- no wonder Glenn Hutchins dumped his Gartner Group stocks and Mike's best client GS brokered the deal.
The New York Post article below inspired Linda Gibbs no sherlock.
"Disturbing findings that a respected nonprofit falsified employment data it provided to the city led to a flare-up between two of Mayor Bloomberg’s top aides, The Post has learned.
Sources said Deputy Mayors Robert Steel and Linda Gibbs clashed over whether to immediately yank the contracts of SEEDCO, a well-established and highly regarded provider, after a searing report by the Department of Investigation determined that as many as 1,400 of 6,500 job placements claimed by the agency were fraudulent.
“Steel wanted them gone — he felt pretty strongly about this,” said one source. “Gibbs argued this was an aberration.”
The source said voices were raised during the discussion, which ended with SEEDCO summarily losing $22.2 million worth of Department of Small Business Services contracts that were found to be tainted.
Other contracts valued at more than $20 million with the Human Resources Administration and the mayor’s Center for Economic Opportunity weren’t touched.
Steel said his discussion with Gibbs, who was honored at a SEEDCO event last year, was cordial and he dismissed one source’s account of it as heated.
“I’m not a heated guy,” he said in a brief conversation at a Midtown conference. “You’ve never seen me heated.”
When asked about his run-in with Gibbs, he said he was focused on continuing the services that had been provided by SEEDCO so the city could achieve another record number of jobs for its residents.
Steel also said he had no problem with the HRA and CEO contracts, which are part of Gibbs’ portfolio and weren’t included in the investigation.
Mayoral spokeswoman Julie Wood said the city examined SEEDCO’s remaining contracts closely “and found that since they involved entirely different work and different personnel, they should continue delivering these important services for the length of the contracts.”
That won’t be long.
The CEO deal ended last month; the one with HRA is up in June."
Note: 911 is the mega crime of mega crimes bigger than CityTime and Mike should resign.
