Boyfriend of 'The Hills' Stephanie Pratt runs Ferrari over NYPD Recio's Foot
NYPD Police Officer Felix Recio thank you for ticketing an illegally parked car in front of The Mercer Hotel!!!!!!!!!!! I hope you foot heals up. Ticketing rich arrogant people above the law is clearly dangerous. Maybe that's why more cops don't do it?

The owner of the $257,000 red Ferrari 458, Julien Chabbott, accused of the foot smashing, could very well be the same man who co-founded the fittingly named “Line Snob” smartphone app (which aims to “tackle” waiting in lines—or crush it with a coupe tire).
Where did Julien Chabbott get the money to buy to a Ferrari -- from making an app? Chabbot's facebook page on his app has just over 200 likes and he hasn't tweeted in 2 years so again I can't help wonder where did he get the money for the Ferrari and why couldn't he just pay for a parking ticket or a legal parking space.
I know at least one cop at the 1st precinct who believes the loading and unloading is private parking for The Mercer Hotel's friends but not this honest cop!
Why can't rich people just take a parking ticket grafefully. He can clearly afford to pay for the parking ticket as well as for the parking in the middle block but prefers to arrogantly park illegally in loading and unloading zone.
Oops the First Precinct went off script because for 2 years I have pointed out I witness cops walking past illegally parked cars to go ticket Veteran Vendors and artists because a few rich folk and the Mercer Hotel want them wiped off the street!

Oh look here I am talking about the chronic illegal parked cars in front of The Mercer Hotel the NYPD usually don't ticket!
