Jen Chung The Gothamist Dream Panda Bears in NY Zoo vs No Coverage Vendors Made Homeless by Illegal Planters!

Hey Jake Dobkin:
When I met your dad he struck me as a guy that cares about the down trodden. Did your editor and partner Jen kill a story on Henry Buhl the Berni Madoff of Prince St -- Buhl made-off with Veteran and Artists livelihoods by dropping illegal planters where their long term spots are?
Jen Chung The Editor Gothamist: Values and aspirations -- from Gothamist website:
Panda Bears in a NY Zoo -- wow --
Jake these people won't have homes or work place - they will be worse off than Pandas and a few privileged folks want to make Vetrean Vendors and Artist extinct.
Could u, your dad and Jen have a chat about this. The reporter that submitted the piece to The Gothamist worked hard and stayed with us through out the hour long protest.
We get it Jake! Vendors losing their work spaces to Henry Buhl's illegal planters aren't as cute or important to Jen Chung as Pandas imprisoned oh in zoos but at least they have homes.
81 year old Korean War Vet Eric - his spot now a planter worked their 12 years - he has prostrate cancer, can barely walk and his kind landlord a cop hasn't taken action against Eric. Eric doesn't look as cute as a Panda in a zoo. Jen seems lucky a licky girl.
Thanks Jake!
"Jen, a New Jersey-born New Yorker, edits Gothamist. She attended Columbia University, likes learning about NYC infrastructure (the subway system's intracies, how engineers design skyscrapers), and also hopes that one day a NYC zoo will have pandas."
