Question: You mention “IT Project” yet CityTime was run through the office of payroll.  Don’t forget Richarch Valcich’s whistle blowing letter calling out SAIC in Feb. 2003 and by the way Mike Bloomberg and Bill Thompson’s names are on the letter and when DOI & NYC Gov did nothing Richard Valcich, the had of OPA quit and in came Joel Bondy. The rest is history as in historic white collar crime.  You mention City Council and here is another reminder.  Christine Quinn sold the great lie that we needed Mike Bloomberg for a 3rd term to help us with the economy.  Mike Bloomberg, Christine Quinn and their slush pals in City Council helped themselves but not We the People as the economy and the quality of life continues to tank.  I learned about SAIC CityTime May 27 of last year and made my first YouTube in what would be a world record pace of YouTubes about CityTime stating DO NOT renew Sept. 28, 2010 but instead we need a full investigation. http://youtu.be/_Tz4eMcP2LU  When the Spherion 80 mill theft was revealed Mike immediately praised SAIC like a drug king pin pushes heroin.  It took until now and John Liu and DiNapoli to cancel all contracts for SAIC for Mike and his administration to finally join us the People in saying enough is enough.  I have been saying for too long I want a full refund and damages for throwing away pay roll systems that worked.  Look to the SAIC MTA deal and by the way Rudy brought in SAIC and CityTime and the lobbyist for SAIC was his best friend Peter Powers also once deputy mayor.


p.s. Rumor has it the heads of IT are Patricia Harris’s step son and Mike Bloomberg’s sister’s best friend.  Patricia Harris’s husband was appointed to the MTA committee by Mike Bloomberg along with Mark Page who oh was Joel Bondy’s boss and do you think they were trying to push for SAIC to have the MTA deal?  






Today Mike asking for $600 Million dollars our tax payer money is not front page news The New York Post and The New York Daily News.   Do you think this is like the papers refusing to cover any opposition to Mike 
Bloomberg’s third term?




p.p.s.  Mike Bloomberg and the head of Dept. of Investigation have been doing public relations informercials stating that CityTime works!  Rumor is not true.  FYI: assist. commissioner of aging Karen Shaffer stole $22,000 writing in her hours via CityTime and oops she lied.  She has not been arrested or fired. She has not been asked to return money.  Is this how CityTime works.  I hear CityTime does not recognize anomalies and NYC gov worker hours is all anomalies.  Is there anyone at City Hall that is honest?  Just asking....Of course they are, just a few of ‘em.
