The Bowery Hotel & Cooper Square Hotel Skanky!

I know celebrities attend parties at Eric bad, oops, Eric not so Goode's The Bowery Hotel that looks like a prison or a factory but any celebrity that cares about the people of New York and politics would refrain from doing business there because The Bowery Hotel busted through zoning and is called "the finger building" as in saying "F you" to the community.

If you don't want to stay or "party" at a hotel that looks like it is giving the community the finger than up the street another hotel that mysteriously got permission to bust through zoning is Cooper Square Hotel that looks like a space ship landed.

You should no The Bowery Hotel like the little pink NYU dorm just a block down on the Bowery do their best to "shoe" away the homeless that still live next door because the mayor has not find away yet to give them one way tickets out of NYC.

I do not know how these hideous ugly buildings got permission to bust through zoning except for the fact that socialite mega millionaire Amanda the people's Burden, city planner gave the green light to good buddy to developers  pals that want to exploit and endanger our communities because the infrastructures are shot to hell which is why even now if you visit the area it looks like bombs exploded with way too late in the game infrastructure expansion or on going repairs by Con Ed, DOT and DEP.

In fact there may be a record breaking amount of infrastructure related breaks including gas leaks, water main breaks, sewage breaks in the East Village, Lower East Side -- actually for all of NYC because king Mike Bloomberg and his socialite mega millionaire pushed through a reckless tsunami of community crushing development -- as reckless, stupid and greedy just like Wall Street's misdeeds that ended in the implosion of Wall Street and a recession -- possible depression.  Greed is good.

Amanda pushed through more zone busting developments that were not in the best interest than a Columbian drug cartel.

Note:  The super skank hotel goes to Michael Rawson for harassing Viet Nam and Korean War Vets that have a legal right to be outside The Mercer Hotel yet Rawson takes special pleasure in calling the NYPD to ticket and harass them.   Yet the customers of The Mercer Hotel are breaking at least two laws by illegally parking in front of the hotel on Mercer and idling their cars and never ever get tickets.

There are some nice bed and breakfasts in the area or luxury hotels that respect the community and Veterans -- give them your business instead.
