closed out as many complaints never investigating but IAB has one goal and that is to cover-up the crime of COERCION and prevent my attacker from being arrested as well as punish the cops that fixed it for her and her employer Dr Andrew Fagelman 155 Spring St who I allege made a call from his cel phone or office to an NYPD Hook or Rabbi to fix this — or a wealthy client that has retired NYPD on their payroll like a Bill Rudin who I reported has a retired NYPD commander on his payroll I caught trying to fix a ticket in front of me.

I am prepping to file a new notice of claim in Oct 2014 against Mr Bratton and Mr Reznick and the original defendants as well.  Win or lose the truth of what was done and the corruption that is clearly here part of IAB like the fact IAB saw the video, delita hooks false cross complaint, NYPD paper work where the detectives clearly lied I allege like Lt Angelos Burgos never answering emails — I requested badge numbers.  He writes I am uncooperative but never interviewed me and he and Vergona and all NYPD involved wanted this case closed.

This document proved Internal Affairs covered up for Det John Vergona lying on his DD5.  He and I spoke.  He never gave me the option to meet and later repeatedly refused to meet with me and lied writing I was not available.

IAB would know that if an investigator from IAB had ever contacted me re: COERCION and it never happened.

He lied about our conversation.  I said she attacked me and he said I had a right to defend myself.

Instead he wrote we tussled to the ground which never happened.  I did not tussle to the ground or ever hit the ground.  My Ipad would have shattered.  I was holding 2 bags one quit heavy, my arm was numb, I held my iPhone  in my right hand while she repeatedly hit me like I was a human piñata.

False cross complaint….

I will gather as much information to testify under oath against Internal Affairs — I have NYPD paper work that proves IAB fixed this for Det John  Vergona and everyone involved in the NYPD involved as well as Lt Agnes Integrity Unit who refused to interview me or even return my calls and I will testify in front of a new commission if IAB continues on this path.

BOTH SETS OF DETECTIVES SPOKE TO DELITA HOOKS — HER DETECTIVES MET WITH HER NOT ME.

DETECTIVE John Vergona  NEVER MET WITH ME and repeatedly refused to.  I have phone records.   

IAB Sgt Mary O’Donnell lied stating she would return my notes and she never did.

Burgos never contacted me — look at his note — he never thought I would see it.  I was uncooperative — that is a lie —unless he meant being coerced.  COERCION IS A CRIME BUT IAB DOESN’T SEEM TO KNOW THAT.

Lt Angelo Burgos just like Delita Hooks’s special NYPD detectives never called me or contacted me but where not I allege shy about lying in their police reports.

Internal Affairs knew I was a victim of crime and this year under Chief Rezncik I was now told 12-55082  my original Internal Affairs complaint against Det Vergona was closed when in fact Bill de Blasio public advocate at the time has a report which I had a copy of stating my complaint was open.  Under Chief Reznick I was told it was forwarded to NY Dept of Health.

Please add that internal affairs never interviewed me on Coercion and did so on purpose because they knew the police lie in the reports it was obvious and Ron Kuby did not reach out to Detective John Vergona on Monday but Saturday Oct 20The second day I agreed to be false arrest since Vergona said oct 16 was no longer an option night and I had to wait for days until Saturday.  

Arrest the Jew on the Sabbath? Are you anti-Semitic.  Why do I have to wait for days no answer.  

The key thing is internal affairs never talked to me they didn't want to investigate any of this because they knew that the detective was lying that standard I allege and Ron Kuby reached out on Saturday not Monday.  

You IAB I allege left that out an real investigation and misled the federal judge and everyone because you wanted to cover up the fact he threatened me and also did not have my attacker coming Saturday but just me the victim.
