I reported SAIC wanted our contract 911 but was banned from Allstate and City contracts here in New York because of the CityTime scandal. SAIC secured work on FirstNet and I suggested SAIC hoped to piggy back here to NYC as a sub- contractor hoping to get around the government ban especially with Preet Bharara let key top officials New York City government and SAIC off the hook when SAIC FBI Trilogy Scandal and SAIC NSA Trailblazer Scandal as well as Richard Valcich CityTime whistle blowing letter pre Gerard Denailt in my opinion prove SAIC's less than ethical history and SAIC just snagged another Homeland Security contract!!!

Sue Swenson has roots // connections in San Diego and SAIC??. And NYC is still real ling from CityTime 911 corruption...trying to get the word out throughout the country....! FirstNET=CITYTIME +911 + MTA squared for corruption?! Not safety?
