Joe Tacopina First Amendment NYDN Scandal The Informant lawyer Plays Let's Make a Deal?
(Reminder Joe Tacky-0 sued 2 NYDN reporters and the NYDN as if The First Amendment was non-existent. He claimed the reporters had 1 source which isn't true as well is word on he street.)
Joe Tacopina would say he is not informant lawyer. You can't be one and practice law and he is. You also cannot sleep with clients wife so the legal document down at the end of this post must not be true.
Joe would have me say he is an honest good lawyer the best worth $1000 an hour.
Joe would say you're all jealous of him because he's so handsome and so successful. In my opinion he is not handsome and I don't define success the same way he does.

I guess if Joe sues me and I counter sue I get to see the US Attorney files and question Joe, Bernie and the Feds under oath? I want to ask Joe and Bernie questions under oath about the NYPD, PBA and IAB regarding what they know and for me with the goal in part for bringing reform to the police department.
I want to ask Joe questions about my case under oath and if he has any knowledge of who threatened me after I was attacked identified himself as a lawyer and calling me a confrontative cunt. I want to ask Joe under oath if he has any idea of any lawyers that have special relationships with the police department.
I want to be clear I hear a lot of stuff on Joe Tacky-0 and his pals and company and I don't publish it all but I'm sure Joe would deny everything including he's not a rat and informant lawyer or desperate man.
NY Daily Orwellian Times is what Mort Zuckerman should rename his newspaper but I have a better idea for him all based on the fact his editors have chosen along with their lawyer Matt Leish to not report a big first amendment story involving Tacopina dropping the lawsuit against the NYDN. ( We can rename all the newspapers the Orwellian times NY Paper 1 NY Paper 2 New York papers 3 because it seems like most of the media is just a block like the oligarchs of New York in it to win it and it to rule it and to shut people up.)
Joe Tacky-0 Tacopina could not win his lawsuit against the New York daily news just like Alex Rodriguez couldn't win suing MLB but Joe just laughed all the way to the bank with A-Rod 's $ and Joe basked in media attention he so desperately needs like a Coke addict needs his next fix should I say in my opinion... The fact Tacopina was silent now of all times re: dropping his lawsuit against the NYDN and he knew he was going to do it months ago (see link below for proof) speaks volumes.
In NY, lawyers have a legal obligation to avoid frivolous litigation in general. As stated in the NY Rules of Professional Conduct:
A lawyer has a professional to the client, the Court and his adversaries to ensure that actions commenced and positions advanced are notfrivolous or merit-less. Mareno v. Rowe, 910 F.2d (2d Cir.1990) (for a position to be frivolous under Rule 11, it must be clear under existingprecedents that there is no chance of success and no reasonable argument to extend, modify or reverse the law as it stands), cert. denied, 498 U.S. 1028 (1991); see also Fontaine v. Ryan, 849.F. Supp. 242, 245 (S.D. N.Y. 1994) (lawyer has obligation to pursue only appropriate actions despite client's insistence to contrary).
In my opinion the Alex Rodriguez lawsuit and the New York daily news lawsuits were both frivolous and Bernie Kerik lawyers should raise this issue.
Joe tacopina has admitted he smells blood and decapitates in court (sick huh?) in a promo video on YouTube --- goal to get a TV show which never happened.
Tacopina in my opinion is motivated by greed for money, media attention like a true media addict whore, power addict in my opinion and addicted to threatening people. The latest move suing the New York daily news was like making a decision high as if he was drunk or high on something even if it was just high on power tripping. Do they have rehab for power tripping media whores? Probably.
In the spirit of ethics, I believe the NYDN is obligated to report on Joe Tacopina dropping his pathetic lawsuit.
To the NYDN, if you not going to be upfront with the public as to how you, yourselves agreed to let Tacopina off the hook please do us all a favor in New York and have Mort Zuckerman sell the newspaper because clearly the NYDN has credibility issues if you are not going to report this story!!! Come on!

Who at the NYDN gave Joe money to write a piece on rape after he bragged about getting the NYPD Rape cop off? Did Joe call whomever that is and get that person at the NYDN to smooth the way so that Matthew Leish would climb into bed with Joe Tacopina. Extremely unpleasant visual don't you think?
The New York Daily News editors seem to enjoy protecting Joe from the humiliation he deserves. They've done it more than once. They're sure doing Joe a favor because I hear the sports reporters got it right and Bernie was not there only source and Kerik telling the truth -- just do the math. Joe talks to Feds - Kerik goes to jail. Joe prospers and Bernie Kerik doesn't. Does Joe do NYDN pals favors? NYPD PBA IAB do favors Ramos case exposed that.
The NYDN likes to brag about exclusives yet wants silence and nobody to even wonder why? Why do so many media moguls become addicted to trying to control the news and killing new stories and/or their editors/staff? Media moguls editors silencing critics whistleblowers like we live in Putin-ville.
