Joe Tacopina Wife (being sued in Conn) old Photo I am asked to remove photo by Monday by Jonathan Moffly

Folks it was a very small excerpt of a photo -- not the actual photo.....but why Saturday night do I get two emails from this guy?  Any Connecticut media outlets reporting on the news I exclusively posted on my blog Joe Tacopina and his wife are begin sued in Connecticut?

Dear Ms. Troy,

It has come to our attention that you are using a copyright protected image on your blog http://joetacopinatacky0.blogspot.com/2013/12/a-rod-joe-tacopina-nypd-anal-and.html

The photo you are using was taken from page 96, November 2002, Westport magazine.  The photo was commissioned by Westport Magazine, Moffly Media. I have attached a copy of the image in its original format.

Moffly Media retains the copyright to the image and has not granted permission to reprint/reuse this image in any format.

The image must be removed from your website immediately to prevent continued infringement.

Please have this image removed by close of business Monday.

Gee why is he bothering me on a non-business Saturday night?  Hmmmm.

Is any Conn media or any media covering the lawsuit against Joe and wife being sued?

I do need to explain to my audience why the  "small excerpt "-- extremely small excerpt of a photo from 12 years ago is being removed so you can understand the need to post this email on my blogs.

The image I used was extremely cropped but to see the entire family go to Joe's website.

Why am I the only reporting Joe and Patricia Tacopina being sued?  Hmmmm.
I told Page 6 of The NY Post but for some reason they did not post it.

People are always searching for photos of Joe's wife so this photograph is using me to bring more attention to his photo or is there another reason I get this am on a Saturday night after spending enormous amount of time at the Hospital with my Mother?


By the way -- when you search Joe Tacopina wife my image comes up so I prefer you see the photo or any photo so you know it isn't me.
