My question is made the calls for Dr Andrew Fagelman because so far in my lawsuit against the NYPD and Internal Affairs Ray Kelly and the now ex head of Internal Affairs Charles Campisi told the City of NY lawyer -- to tell me and the Judge two things
1) to serve the retired NYPD detective John Vergona who forced me -- that is a crime Det John Vergona coerced me and IAB let him retire -- so Kelly, Campisi and all the defendants agree that their lawyer aka tax payer money should defend the NYPD det john vergona who broke the law and coerced me.
You can hear IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell say Ron Kuby's letter means case is close there was no assault. While some time after my lawsuit the case was re-opened but how corrupt is the NYPD and IAB because Ron Kuby's letter says I agree to drop the charges against my ATTACKER if my ATTACKER drops the charges which means I was coerced. It is so sad it is pathetic.
2) they corrupt cops (in my opinion) tell me and the Judge I am to serve retired NYPD det John Vergona at One Police Plaza. Oh is that where all corrupt cops retire to?
My point is Bill de Blasio called 1800 NYPD fix it, for me, and I want to know who Dr Andrew Fagelman called. I want to subpoena his cel phone, work tele records and emails and everyone on the staff. I want to know who ghost wrote Delita Hook, my attacker's letter to her NYPD fix it pals because her letter threatens me again with yet another false cross complaint if I ever press assault charges against her again!
That and the fact the NYPD sealed her false cross complaint all escaped Internal Affairs investigators or maybe there are no honest IAB investigators? One big blue wall of corruption.
Anyway mayor de Blasio called 1 800 NYPD fix it for me and I want to know who called the NYPD fix it hotline for Dr Andrew Fagelman.

Amazing how the NYPD fix crime and it just takes a telephone call which is why I was to subpoena all telephone records and emails from the MD"s office and I want IAB files and NYPD files and the NYPD so far has proven the NYPD can't police the police. I will let you know if the new Chief is any good but I don't have any faith in the NYPD anymore...time for an outside monitor and transpareny to expose how corrupt the NYPD is and how the NYPD and IAB do fixing and favors like the infamous NYPD Ramos case where you had IAB tipping off the PBA!!!!!
