NYPD with Det John Vergona as the front man shattered any good feelings I had for the NYPD with the abuses, extreme prejudice/ bias and fixing me being savagely attacked at Dr Andrew Fagelman's.
I read the powerful piece on handicap man almost freezing to death because NYPD Det didn't do more to help the victim of a crime.
Oct 1 2012 I went to get a cyst removed from my elbow. It was a small cyst but the removal painful so I was injected with 2 numbing injections. After I was thirsty and at the water cooler asked would you consider paper cups it is better for the environment. Dr Fagelman's receptionist yelled at me who r u u have no rights. She came out to repeatedly violate my patient rights. The entire story in text portion of the video but the NYPD and IAB repeatedly violated my rights and completed shattered any good feeling I had for the NYPD which includes letters on our rescue workers behalf in The WSJ, NYT, etc after 9-11 and a jacket with patches in 9-11 museum.
I left the Dr Fagelman's with a hole in my retina and cervical damage and not one woman in the video asked are you ok? They violated me and than the NYPD who refused to meet me but met with my attacker told me they didn't care if I had to black eyes they weren't meeting with me to see the damage from they attack and ended up threatening me if I did not drop charges and sealed my attacker's false cross complaint in under a year.
I have insomnia, PTS, extreme fluctuations in my weight and now huge weight gain as well as age 51 the fibriod tumors collapsed my bladder before the attack have grown bigger I believe from the upset of attack including NYPD IAB role causing PTS and insomnia.
My attacker not fired or arrested. I sent in a private eye to talk to Dr Fagelman who said he has not met me I am not his patient and no comment on whether he talked to the NYPD. Det John Vergona who told me he works for the NYPD dept threatened me with imprisonment unless I dropped charges -- also told me he did not talk to the MDs. In the lawsuit I learned both sets of detectives talked with my attacker but not me. It took me many months after I was coerced of hard work to get my attacker's Detective Andy Dwyer's name to put on the lawsuit - to date Lt Angelo Burgos never responded to my emails asking for the badge numbers and in my lawsuit I learned Lt Burgos wrote uncooperative and he opened and closed my case Feb 14, 2013.
I also learned thru hard work my attackers false cross complaint number and got her false criminal report a paragraph summing up her lies to her NYPD pals which the video proves that has 19,300 views.
I also learned Lt Agnes try not to laugh of The Integrity Bureau let Det John Vergona retire and wrote allegations unfounded having never talked to me.
In the lawsuit their lawyer shared NYPD documents stating I feared for my safety and Ron Kuby's letter shorthand for coercion. I agree to drop the charges against my ATTACKER if my ATTACKER drops the charges.
I read the article on the young handicap man who the NYPD didn't offer to help home in the snow who ended up in the hospital. When I fought off a mugger in my early 30s the detective offered me a ride home and I was only a few blocks away. I said no I would walk.
The NYPD may not have shattered this young man's belief in the good NYPD but the First Precinct Det Squad, DI Ed Winski, Ray Kelly, Chief Campisi (Chief Esposito who couldn't be bothered but at least his asst was a nice guy so I didn't name him as he was retiring), IAB Chief Canpisi, Lt Fikru not named etc destroyed my belief in the good NYPD.
Chief Banks has Lt Gannon who is respected and admired by the NYPS and me and Mr Banks NYPD secretary a good good human being - if her voice and kindness are beauty she is a 10 but until the NYPD that coerced me to drop charges and sealed up the evidence are arrested along with my attacker the damage done is irreparable.
Delita Hooks came out from behind a long closed off reception desk to continue to violate my patient rights and than repeatedly violate my body. It was like "knock-out" the goal after a running punch as fast and hard as possible to my eye than to drag me by my hair to the elevator.
