I never wanted to return to 60 Wall St. EVER again because I loathe DB and their private military guards with no identification acting like early stages Nazi Germany. The guards stayed far from me and the NYPD aslo -- there were few in number.

I could not have ever done this EVER except for Det. John Vergona abusing me and my rights refusing to meet me unless to false arrest me -- involved the First Precinct police officers who in my opinion abused my Civil Rights and were involved in fixing it so me being violently assaulted -- bleeding around and my eye, hole in retina, neck hurt worse then it was never happened. This speech and research is all because you abused your power and harmed me as much as the woman who attacked me and she had no right to assault me. I was a patient at a medical office and stood there like a human pinata only fighting back after she hit me 3 times. The hand-out had terrible typos as usual -- tried to fix them. Congratulations on a Success Stop Stop and Frisk Protest Jackson Heights Queens! Christine Quinn, City Council, Albany got our message loud and clear thanks to The NY Post and NY1 as well as your great efforts and that freezing cold day! The community saw our high profile Peaceful march and I know they took notice as did the NYPD.
FYI: I was a big supporter of the NYPD after Sept. 11 I had a letter published on behalf of the FDNY and NYPD in The Wall Street Journal called "Betrayal at Ground Zero" and a letter asking for raises for the NYPD and FDNY in The New York Times. I would have voted for Commissioner Kelly for mayor a few months ago but I was given a first hand lesson that along Adrian Schoolcraft's audio tapes that proved to me the NYPD are out of control and we have been lied to about Stop and Frisks.

I will ask you to listent to excerpts from Adrian Schoolcraft secret audio recordings and Det. Harold Hernandez resigning after learning his NYPD co-workers and bosses were down grading first degree rape.
To effect a dramatic change in NYPD policing my suggestion is to put this demand at the forefront of your activism.
1) Go to google and read-up on The Knapp Commission and The Mollen and than please educate your friends and all that will listen. A new commission will bring dramatic change to policing far more quickly and powerfully than petitioning our city council members but we should do that too.
2) Federal Agencies -- Contact Eric Holder and as many Federal Agencies -- all agencies possible to help us to get our new Commission in to the NYPD and to set up watch dogs for CCRB and Internal Affairs are not enough.
President Obama and Federal Agencies cannot ignore all of this and the rise in NYPD lawsuits.
I urge you to file claim of notice with the NY Comptroller's office if you suffered abuse at the hands of the NYPD and your Civil Rights violated.
CCRB remains closed ever since Hurricane Sandy. They do not have an evolved enough tech system to even continue investigations so CCRB is out of commission indefinitely and IA and CCRB are ineffective.
I do not recommend OWS contacting the FBI but I have and have submitted a report based on
my first hand experience re: Internal Affairs not effectively policing NYPD corruption in my opinion.
3) Adrian Schoolcraft exposed fixing crime, violating People's Civil Rights to make arrests with a year and a half of recordings.

serial rapists first degree rapes
