Feds: Lt Burgos, Sgt Chen, Det John Vergona Investigate False ComplaintUsed to Coerce Me to Drop Assault

To FBI Agent NY Branch:

Internal Affairs is investigating but I am asking you to as well. I suggested to you a bigger reason my last email.

Yesterday I was told I could report the false complaint but told by Sgt Chen, John Vergona's boss, I must do so in person. Chen tried twice to refer me to Vergona even though he knew the case was closed, I told him if Vergona ever contacts me I will file harassment charges and he and associates are being investigated and that when CCRB re-opens - building still closed by Hurricane Sandy Vergona will have to go down to CCRB.


When I got to The First Precinct I was told I could not report the crime of a false complaint.

I continue to ask you to Investigate Det John Vergona and Det associates involved and or had knowledge of him using a false complaint to coerce me to drop charges or spend a weekend in jail.

Det John Vergona decided Oct 16th I was to wait until Oct 20 Saturday to be falsely arrested using a false complaint.

Yesterday I emailed his one of two supervisors
Lt Angelo Burgos and telephoned Sgt Chen that a crime was committed in the first precinct -- a false complaint filed by I believe her name is Dee Hooks of Dr Fagelman's office -- his receptionist. In the video her co-workers yell Dee don't do it yet Vergona said they said it was my fault. It is a medical office watch the video to see
what proves I was victimized by Dr Andrew Fagelman's receptionist, co-workers filmed screaming in the video No Dee don't do it and a group of Detectives from the First Precinct Det Squad including John Vergona's supervisors as they had to be aware Dee's complaint was false and that she is caught threatening me with bodily harm and assaulting me three times before I defended myself. Two women in the video work for Dr Fagelman and two for the dentist. My MD and her partner have vacated the premises. Having your patient assaulted is not an option.

Det John Vergona asked why did I walk by her two weeks after I was assaulted.



In 2010 website stating salaries showed Vergona earned a significant amount of over-time -- he earned more than Sgt Chen his supervisor but in my case after promising at least twice to go to the offices to interview everyone he never went. Curious how much over-time Vergona put in this year but no time to go to the office where I was assaulted?


I told him if you had gone to the office like you said you would you would know she sits by the exit. He didn't seem interested that she had road rage from behind the reception desk and came out from behind the desk and followed me I searched for Dr Vine who had just removed a cyst from my arm.

Vergona refused to interview her and she saw me before and immediately after.

Vergona never went to the office - he did not have to. He said Dee's Det intervieing the 4 women in the video was enough. Vergona refused to interview Dr Vine's receptionist who witnessed the verbal abuse and the women staff who saw Dee follow me back to where Dr Vine was but Vine was in an examine room.


My video posted on YouTube shows her threatening me with bodily harm and assaulting me three times.

I also called DI Ed Winski and left him a voice mail reporting this crime -- the false complaint and he was already aware Oct 20 Det John Vergona wanted me to spend a weekend in jail for not agreeing to his demand that I dropped charges.

Vergona said he would arrest her as well but I am not aware of him or any Det ever alerting her she was to turn herself in.

Yesterday Sgt Chen toyed with me almost seeming to take pleasure in the assault. He did not seem interested and said I have a lawyer.

I asked if I needed a lawyer to report a crime.

Sgt Chen conceded I did not need a lawyer to report a crime and to come in and report the false complaint. File a complaint.

I emailed Lt Angelo Burgos who is retiring but still his supervisor and Chief Campisi Internal Affairs.

I spoke to Chen around 9:30 am and when I arrived at the precinct 11:46 NYPD officer Migori immediately said I could not report a false claim. She asked Did I say I filed one? I said no and Sgt Chen said I could come in and report this.

She said no but called him. He blew me off and refused to come down stairs so I called him -- he would not get on the phone so I left him a message I reported him to Internal Affairs as well.

I continue to wait to hear from IA and I am in touch with CCRB Investigator handling my case and a complaint against Vergona but in telling the story I pointed out to Internal Affairs and CCRB that Vergona did not work alone.

Add me to the growing number of People calling for the Feds to investigate the NYPD.

I know I want the Feds to investigate as so many New Yorkers call for yet another monitor of The NYPD I ask for your help as well.
