Dr Andrew Fagelman Violence Lies Harm Me Thanksgiving Call Hospital Neurologist on Call for my Mom -- she is being treated for Parkinson's SEDDS and the sinemet is now having adverse side effects so I had to call the hospital and page the MD Neurologist on call and I emailed her MD as well -- I find he a very high quality MD not a loser liar like Dr Andrew Fagelman so evil he continues over 3 years and counting to harm me with another form of violence yet another assault -- lies -- lying blaming me for a running punch to my eye -- a hole in my retina when his violent lying attack receptionist should NEVER ever have come out from behind the long reception desk to continue violating my patent rights.

I did everything I could for my Mom and despite the violence and lies from the MD's to the NYPD to internal affairs with Ray kelly and Bill Bratton covering up wrong dong -- my soul is clean.

I am thankful I am not part of violence and lies from the MD's to the NYPD to Internal Affairs to everyone they engaged in their lies and violence lying in police reports coercion and blaming me like sickos might blame a rape victim.

A doctor's office is suppose to be a safe place and you have more rights in an MD's office than else where -- more protections and Dr Andrew Fagelman completely violated that for me and it effects me and caring for parents..one already dead now died knowing my one on the way out...

The Art Dealer / L'Antiquaire (2015) Resonates for many Reasons Including Dr Andrew Fagelman, Internal Affairs, NYPD and City of NY treating me like a Jew in the early stages of Nazi Germany

The film tells a disturbing story but the filmmaker is so talented it's beautifully told.

I wasn't crazy about some of the projection stuff but as a Jew and an artist, we need the world to remember and the horror, mass murders, tortures, slavery, etc  been so massive when can we even focus on the art -- all the art that was stolen?  So much for stolen from Jews rich and poor even gold teeth lives in heritage and ancestors still on the way...our property, relatives, how many futures and future children well now -- there's something else to really focus on this is the second movie to do so what about the art what about the children's children their inheritance as well as the world's museums that would like to exhibit work that's been stolen?

It's not a perfect film but it really is kind of excellence in the storytelling, the acting is excellent, in the music to and with the Yiddish song (I don't tell you which one ) I wish I could get a copy of it and it's not in iTunes not that particular singer but I bought a copy anyway. 

As not to this I love the response of her coworkers etc.   When one questions wrongdoing look out for me I'm pursuing justice and I am hoping that there will be documentation but I've suffered in books to come sit this movie meant a lot to me.  

I think would give it four and three-quarter stars is just something holding you back from the full five stars.

The "book" aspect gave me solace I can't tell you the level suffering I'm experiencing to be treated like a Jew in the early stages of Nazi Germany in New York City by the city of New York the police department internal affairs at age 53 it's perhaps one of the greatest shocks of my life.  Google Dr Fagelman assault.  Watch a video of a violent attack he actually defense legal proceedings which are ongoing.

We now have an initial ruling.  The Court agreed with us on every point defendants (developers) raised and denied their motions to dismiss. link here.

I forgot to say that my Bloomberg said he was going to help us with the economy that we needed him for third term help us with economy and his wealth more than quadrupled as mayor of New York so there's one person clearly who got the most help with Mike Bloomberg being King mayor of NY and that's Mike Bloomberg.   He clearly was the one person that benefited the most by having an illegal third terms --  Think at that point he was worth about $25 billion  as opposed to about 5 million when he came into the become mayor the first term so what we going over budget $1 billion need to him a 911?

Really not funny it's really upsetting but I just felt I've tried everything so why not try this is a form of catharsis us and also I'm 53 I minus well about the things I've always dreamed of trying.

When you foster adopt a baby elephant it's for one year and when you do that you get updates and you get it thank you and email that has a color image of Angela Sheldrick's amazing the beautiful water color paintings...

Angela Sheldrick  is an incredibly passionate (albeit quiet passion by NYC standards) super talented painter with deep sensitivity to color, tonal variation, line, and of course her subject matter mostly baby elephants -- deep felt heart and soul front-line activism as well as art!

Angela Sheldrick learned her frontline  from her mom Dame Sheldrick  and it's in her DNA from her Dad.  

Right now but she has so many responsibilities it's amazing she can find time to do half of it let alone as much as she does. I've bought her mother's book on audio and paperback and the David Sheldrick foundation has taught me a new understanding of what love means especially love for elephants and animals they were amazing their dedication and the heartbreaks they faced yet never given up Noe's continued on such courage and tenacity

i'm recovering from my own drama it's been terrible from a violent attack and this new lab is really helping me and I understand how sensitive the caretakers of the baby elephants are trying to keep them alive and that some baby elephants cannot survive because of the anger and grief at seeing their mother murdered in front of them...

Dame Sheldrick started this foundation to honor her husband David passed away and from listening to the audiobook I learned profound love for her husband and for the elephants and her children and also that love means the matter how much sadness just never give up ever!!!!


Loving elephants means a lot of tears but the David Sheldrick foundation is taught me about the optimism tenacity and endurance of love and I'm joining them to fight the ban on ivory and said fight to prevent the extinction of elephants and rhinos as well as other wildlife they rescue pick a stunning new little giraffe baby!!!!


 I found this amazing foundation because of the Cecil  The lion tragedy and Facebook --  was never a fan of Facebook I profoundly disliked Facebook but are used for blogging but a Facebook algorithm connected me to the Sheldrick Foundation  and now this amazing organization is one of my deep deep passion is in love.


I'm not ready to go visit Africa yet I am cat codependent and dealing with my own traumas but every day I just think about the Sheldrick foundation every day I just love them and think of them and the watercolors by Angela many of the orphans wrapped in little blankets for their security to help them cope with the trauma and loss that they're suffering  as their keepers begin their years of work and devotion to help heal them if they can because not all baby elephants can recover.


 Miracle work  this particular organization is they actually return the survivors back into the wild but it takes years and the elephants go back when they're ready it's beautiful powerful work  I want to be part of it anyway I can from New York City!!!!

NYC Gov Bloomberg de Blasio 911 Tech Scandal, FDNY NYPD Communication devices, No Money to Modernize Broken Emergency

August 20th 2012 I yelled down mayor Mike Bloomberg about CityTime 700 million
dollars overbudget and 911 over a billion dollars over budget and it doesn't work
properly.

You can see an email I got from the FDNY stating the radios worked
9-11 but why do some FDNY disagree with that statement?

Would the FDNY NYPD radios work if we had a series of terror
attacks above and below ground NYC at key locations...?

Would 911 and 311 both tech titanic not worth their price tag mostly because
contractors, consultants and lobbyists were robbing us blind and often the
contractors were over billing and delivering crap especially on 911
starting with Hewlett Packard.  The NYPD had a huge role in over sight but the
top NYPD chief Chuck Dowd caught fixing crimes like the one I was victim of at Dr
Andrew Fagelman's was promoted to tech with no tech experience and
took gifts from at least one contractor Verizon that had to pay the City of NY
back 50 million dollars and that was Verizon.  I want to ask him under oath
if he took more "gifts" or compensation of any kind from contractors and consultants and
anything FirstNet since he managed to be a board member of FirstNet a
7 billion dollar rip-off my guess like 911 a 2 billion dollar plus rip-off a house of cards built
on TEFLON theft with HP opening the floodgates for a 2 million plus boondoggle and
is the 2nd back up unit on 911 up and running yet.

It wasn't when I went to City Hall and testified we need a prosecution of 911 crooks
and NYPD Chief Dowd wanted nothing to do with my testimony and when I asked
him what division of the NYPD he was Chief of HE DID NOT EVEN WANT TO TELL
ME -- I TOLD CHIEF CHUCK DOWD NYPD PROTOCOL REQUIRES YOU IDENTIFY
YOURSELF AND YOUR DIVISION.

The FDNY radios worked on September 11th, 2001.

Since September 11th, 2001, FDNY radio systems, policies, and protocols have all been improved and upgraded.

I am sure glad the radios are working now.
