The NYPD Det Squad went out of the way to use a crime to make a crime  (Delita Hooks false cross complaint) a crime to make a crime her assaulting me disappear and allowed me to be violently menaced than assaulted by Dr. Andrew Fagelman's receptionist/office manager.

GRAMERCY — An off-duty NYPD sergeant was arrested Tuesday on charges of harassment, police said, the second cop arrested that day.

Sgt. John Randazzo, 44, was charged with aggravated harassment after his arrest in the 13th Precinct, an area which covers the Flatiron district, Gramercy Park, and Stuy Town, officials said.

Randazzo called and sent text messages to a woman he knew, which lead to his arrest, police said.

The relationship between the two was not immediately clear, police said.

Another NYPD sergeant was arrested Tuesday for slugging someone in the face while off-duty, police said. Besemah Rogers, 42, got into an argument with a fellow passenger on a bus over luggage space, according to the New York Post.

Would Det John Vergona suggest these sgt file false complaints?  He didn't such the perp who threatened me and assaulted me do so but he used her false complaint to make crime disappear.  Creative huh?

I have the Det. FYI I was menaced by Dr Andrew Fagelman's office manager/receptionist Delita Hooks, than violently given the finger which made her smile, than I finally pulled out my phone and was assaulted three times. The screen goes black after she takes off her shoes runs at me as I move away punching me in the eye. She than grabbed my hair and kicked me in the groan.
