I wanted to show you my throat which sometime after Sept. 11 looks like a 3rd degree burn in the back of it but the amount of corruption NYC gov. in your face corruption that I have too witness is just to much knocked out my immune system. Got the Bloomberg in your face corruption flu bug. I have a tentative date with a reporter to go over some thang and down the road I may for the first time every sue NYC gov. I know NYC gov likes to settle but I would prefer to have everyone under oath have to either perjure themselves or tell the truth.
I wrote Rupert Murdoch a letter and on the outside of the envelope I refer to Anne Frank who believed in the goodness of people but than she never grew old enough to be quoted any differently and she never had to deal with the misogynist sexist pig editors and gang at The NY Post.
The hardest thing right now is when NYU began an illegal air sale deal next door to me with the USPS and the broke the law -- it was in our faces -- I called the FBI and spoke with an agent -- later I spoke to the head of environment crimes in Andrew Cuomo’s office who said we had a case but we would need the cashola to sue the USPS and NYU.
I am a strong believe in what goes around comes around and also their is a higher court than the Supreme Court.
Just feel ill and the in your face corruption that I have had to live with since NYU and the USPS is day to day every day now for years thank to Mike Bloomberg and his corrupt crew that run this city. Like “City For Sale: Ed Koch and the Betrayal of New York” the book will be out to fully expose Mike Bloomberg’s major corrupt scandals that too date have been artfully blacked out by the media as The New York Times, The New York Post and The New York Daily News refused to report Mike Bloomberg being brutally booed and soul piercing screams of Tammany Hall and Shame” at the 100th Anniversary of The Triangle Factory -- the editors blacked out Mike Bloomberg’s shame like they did the many months before the election refusing to report voter anger but I did from my YouTubes which were brought down by Mike’s sock puppet army on YouTube.
The main stream press instead focused on “Spidey Mike” not understanding even there they exposed the mayor because his parody of the play is really exposing him -- CityTime and 911 Tech system to flawed systems that were and are a money pit like the broadway show Spiderman has been and the terrible injuries a hint of the many deaths and injuries related to construction and infrastructure because our corrupt mayor Bloomberg does care about safety but the speed of greed.
Mike Bloomberg and his socialite City pushed a reckless tsunami of development and too many people died, too many laws, zone busting, bribes, corruption made his rich friends richer as New Yorkers literally died including from pieces of cranes dropped on them and Bloomberg dared to use the word “safety” at The Triangle Shirtwaist Factory” where an activist yelled back at him “Why did you close firehouses? Mike Bloomberg has rewarded Gartner and Saic and these consultants from various companies for failure. Bloomberg has reward a culture of failure. The consultants had free reign to bill excessively and on flawed projects even prospering from the purposeful inefficiently that promoted embezzlement.

Well folks that makes two accounts The NY Post has suspended and they say I am self promoting.
This would be me self promoting today. I would post on Geraldine Ferrara’s Obit in the Editorial Section Why didn’t The New York Post report that mayor Mike Bloomberg was booed relentlessly with protestors yelling Tammany Hall, “Why did you close our fire houses” in response to Bloomberg using the word safety. Bloomberg talked about construction safety yet under his mayoral leadership we have record amounts of construction related deaths and injuries + infrastructure as well including Con Ed employees and civilians.
No New York paper reported Bloomberg being booed which brings us back to the media silencing voices in opposition pre-the election that Mike Bloomberg barely won but The New York Post is the only paper to suspend me -- twice. I wrote Rupert Murdoch and left voice mails with his children who are in my age range.
Very shameful.
Is this because of Glen Hutchins and Gartner? The NY Post unwittingly revealed that Gartner agreed to pay Spherion a 20 percent kick back on billing and oops Spherion consultants were stealing 80 million -- over billing and Gartner agreed to extortion instead of reporting Spherion and refusing to do business.
Does Rupert Murdoch have a relationship with Hutchins as well as Bloomberg and has agreed to silence trouble makers. After all the editors of The NY Post published Mitchell Moss’s letter of lies attempt to refute Fred Siegel’s expose “Bloomberg’s Bubble Burst” and Moss, an NYU employee and on the developer Rudin family’s payroll - Rudin who is a trustee of NYU, NYU that did an illegal air sale next door to my home of 20 years -- and busting through zoning while Moss’s letter in the NY Post says Mike Bloomberg preserved our neighborhoods and praised his zoning when in fact Mike and Amanda Burden approved and facilitated the illegal air sale 120 East 12 by the USPS to NYU and the tear down of St. Ann’s that survived everything all these years from 1847 on except NYU’s greed and need to mega dorm the East Village to death.
What is interesting is I was told Moss worked on Bloomberg’s campaign and his false hoods and empty praise of Mike Bloomberg echoed non-stop spam that turned in to aggravated harassment by sock puppet accounts we believe were paid to harass and intimidate Bloomberg’s opposition on the world wide web into silence. By the way, The NY Post editors never stated under Mitchell Moss’s name his relationship to NYU, Rudin and Bloomberg.

Yikes! I am reading “City For Sale” by Jack Newfield & Wayne Barrett and when Queens Borough president Manes know he is going to be busted for major theft, kick backs he stabs himself and slits his wrists. He tells the NYPD he was attacked. The NYPD investigates and states the wounds are self inflicted. Geraldine Ferraro being loyal stood up for Manes and said the NYPD was lying. The NYPD was in fact correct. This book is shocking and Queens politicos are a big part of this story including Jimmy Breslin’s coverage. Koch attacked Breslin as well as Manes but before the story broke he visited Manes in the hospital, kissed him and declared his support.

When Mike Bloomberg wanted to send a message about pension reform and of course it had nothing to do with pay to play which his best friend and money manager Steve Rattner had been busted for but also paid to not plead guilty and not to go to jail, mayor Mike had his “mayor doll” Ed Koch take his message to the public.
When Steve Rattner got busted and fined by the SEC, Rattner was able to get on public television and shill his book on being the hero of the auto industry on Charlie Rose. Rose is completely subsidized by Mike Bloomberg so I call Rose Mike Bloomberg’s Ken Doll. Amanda the people’s Burden our socialite mega-millionaire city planner that destroyed this city for her greedy ruthless pals was completely in love with the ken doll and was able to tune out his bad boy ways from what I heard. Who knows and how cares? Just so cozy...Bloomberg and pals his public and private empire....
My point is Bloomberg has Ed Koch and others on his pay roll that do his bidding in both his public and private empire.

1) We just had NYC jurors let a rapist go who had a record for breaking in to apartments because they refused to believe the victim. Why? I believe the answer is prejudice. The way women are seen and judged and often even more harshly by “fellow women”.
The stories go on and on and they are all true. The most recent NYPD officer to die in the line of duty was killed by someone with a long list of criminal offenses but was out on the street.
2) As usual this monster I recall said he was innocent as all abusers tend to say they are and most blame the victim.
Remember Jennifer Moore under age and drinking in Chelsea was brutally raped and murdered as well and they monster even had help from his girlfriend if I recall correctly.

Just a reminder, John Sexton is paid 1.8 million on the books to be a community crushing real estate magnate -- posing as pres. of NYU -- higher ed when it is about higher greed!
John Sexton ran down to testify along with other greedy corrupt entities that Mike Bloomberg must have a third term! They wanted to make sure their greed was served and screw the people of New York!

As blog followers know I am reading “City For Sale: Ed Koch and The Betrayal of New York” by Jack Newfield and Wayne Barrett and I keep thinking about Bloomberg’s third term and CityTime SAIC and so many other failed tech systems, shady to in your face corrupt real estate deals...including DOB -- the high death toll and how NYC gov let the worst built buildings ever built get built in record time.

Page 37 After Lindneauer and Manes discuss their corrupt dealings being exposed, they both discuss suicide as an option and because both their father’s had killed themselves they agreed to not pursue that option yet both clearly gave it a lot of thought anyway.
Lindenauer asked his psychiatrist friend:
“If a person want to commit suicide, and did want it to be recognized as suicide, could you take a pill, so that it appeared as a heart attack.”
The shrink tells him he can run, go to a place where they can’t extradite him which one CityTime related criminal did do.

Scott Berger was reported to have died of a heart attack and his son has posted comments on The Wall St. Journal blog stating his father is innocent and died of a heart attack and blamed Mazer. Cmmentors wrote back stating his father was not innocent. Some even wrote that they believed Berger took pills and that was responsible for his death. I was contacted via an anonymous account by someone stating he was Berger’s son.
For me I believe SAIC was guilty almost from the get go and in fact we never needed CityTime in the first place. In my opinion they are all criminals including Giuliani who brought in CityTime and SAIC, Mike Bloomberg who pushed SAIC and CityTime like a drug king pin pushes drugs and Peter Powers and his MTA pals that tried to push through the MTA SAIC deal when DiNapoli killed the deal and the MTA said tough we are using SAIC but finally did drop SAIC.
In my opinion there has and is a cover-up for SAIC and CityTime.
I also think most politicians are crooks and above the law and they belong in jail rather than enjoying all their kick backs, money, real estate deals, health benefits and pensions they do not deserve. Of course these are broad generalizations and there are exceptions.
I want a full refund SAIC CityTime 911 Tech System and a lot more....I am anti-all these highly paid consultants which no one monitoring their times sheets and quality control experts hired to monitor quality control experts as just one exampled exposed “Kick Back in Time” by Sally Goldenberger of The New York Post -- Spherion quality control CityTime being quality controlled by Gartner who had to pay a 20 percent fee to Spherion on hours billed mean while NYC gov workers are being laid off and have been with emails over Christmas and some lost their pensions and were very close to getting them.
