I filed out this form and mailed it to one police plaza asking for her false cross complaint.  The NYPD employee wrote what down Delita Hooks lies at the very bottom -- Delita Hooks lied during an open police investigation along with others including the NYPD but she does acknowledge she understood I was a patient.

I Had To Put Noel to Sleep

I had to put Noel to sleep today.  He had a problem with his spine it was a nightmare and it kind of was paralyzed him today it was devastating to me I'm just in shock.   He's beautiful black cat.
Profoundly sad and I'm also dealing with my mother but I'm finally accepting she has early stages of dementia she doesn't seem to know that she is severely paralyzed.      My friend David said it's wishful thinking and I really thought it was wishful thinking but I think it's either trauma denial or the early stages of dementia it's sad she's so handicap it is very upsetting.



 I'm just devastated devastated I asked the vet to put him to sleep and she wanted to run tests so I left that's been over thousand dollars and I had a run and meet the movers for my mother who is in far worse shape it's a nightmare was a nightmare day and cost me a fortune but I know what to say it was horrible.


 I love animals their loyal and loving I just feel like I lost a best beloved friend today.

 I wanted to just give it away or throw it away but she asked that I keep it and I must respect your wishes

 I woke up so early this morning as usual and I just thought about Dr Andrew Fagelman  he is done to me is evil and I pray he is punished for the harm he is cause me with his lies  and everyone involved in the violence and lies that is harms me.   I am exhausted and traumatized.

 I'm waiting to hear how my moms doing this morning and wonder when she will pass    And she does her suffering will finally come to an end and she will be at peace which is I'm sure when Mohammed Ali is now.

 No it's almost 430 I woke up I cannot get back to sleep I'm furious with Dr. Andrew Fagelman and anyone and everyone protecting New York Police Department they actually live in police reports they joined and threatening me lying and police reports witness tampering it's all there but I'm really agitated because my mother almost died she also was wrongly assessed and put in assisted living when she skilled nursing and she was not cared for properly and she almost died.   After the hospital she's been now transferred to skilled nursing.   4:30 AM Saturday today's another day I have to take care of my moms stuff it's been days this will be day four of addressing her possessions as her life get smaller and skilled nursing.   Anemia so profound and an 80-year-old she needs a blood transfusion is worrisome.   The Parkinson's and situation has greatly increased she can sit up in a wheelchair and she can feed herself but that's it.   She remains very smart but she's been so traumatized she's now a bit confused which may pass -  even more so since the blood transfusion which seems to take forever.    Now she'll be seeing a doctor to try and understand how and why should became so anemic.

 Inscribed the lawsuit posts I have below has over 600 views in the original post which he couldn't search has over 400 equals over a 1,000 views.   This morning and I woke up and I just let Dr. Andrew Fagelman   evil man  so greatly harms my life because he doesn't know right from wrong as much is the violent liar Delita Hooks harmed me  he is supposed to be a doctor and educated man discerning and he keeps that liability sitting there that liar and clearly he is a liar as well.  

 I was eating at an Italian restaurant and there were lots  of NYPD  in uniform some plainclothes and it's an expensive place so I wonder if they got a civil servant's discount and then I started to wonder about how many people that do business in New York City do their favors for the NYPD  expecting favors in return?

 I can't wait to have everyone involved questions under a can't wait for that to happen in one place I wanted to happen at some point of the new commission into police corruption that holds every agency that protects NYPD wanting accountable.  

My case  top brass including top internal affairs officers protected wrongdoing and I don't have their names.  I am not alone.  That is for sure.

Has the US attorney and the New York branch of the FBI joined a pileup of corruption and coverups for 911 tech starting under Michael Bloomberg and FYI Scott Stringer  wants to be our next mayor is guilty of doing the most corrupt dirty dealing with Hewlett Packard to only pay the city back on 10.5 in dollars which probably protected George Artz (Artz I call Farts I believe Artz was lobbyist HP during 911 era HP mysteriously got 911 tech contract fix was in HP had biggies on NY pension board --  Arzt has his hands and practically everything here he's a real Mr. oligarch of New York want to be -- he appears  to be Teflon including with the Charles Hynes corruption but is he Mr Clean).  Artz and Team Bloomberg  wanted Scott Stringer is comptroller to make sure they had a puppet who would not call for criminal prosecution of 911 tech crooks like Rose Gill Hearn - 2  corrupt heads up Dept Of investigation's political players like Cy Vance the dirtiest corrupt DA in the shortest amount of time who FYI owes Mark Guma big time. (Ask NYPD  PBA about Ny pensions  any lavish gifts?  Ask any cop about my case it's so clear the NYPD IA fixed it everyone says it's crazy.)

Verizon had to pay the city  back $50 million on 911 under John Lui and they were not to leave contractor and far from the guiltiest.

Mom Severe Situation help can't blog

I can't blog.     I didn't tell you guys but my mom was in the emergency room Anemia which is not good at 80 years old she needed a full blood transfusion and it seems to me she wasn't getting the care she should've gotten a lot of stuff going on my life and I'm traumatized from a savage attack at the doctors with a violent like receptionist should be behind bars for so many reasons and her employer I don't even want to talk about him  you can imagine how I feel about him I feel he's an evil person  part of the violence and lies  he's part of it because he's protecting it which is evil.

Police Reform Project NYPD Bratton Racist Tactics

Dear Friends: PROP recently released these principal findings regarding NYPD arrest practices for the first three months of 2016:** 2016 Arrest Data -- January-March -- Show that the NYPD continues the discriminatory practice of targeting low-income people of color for minor infractions. ** PROP finds that in 2016, 86.5% of misdemeanor arrests have involved people of color, compared to 85.6% in the first three months of 2015 and 85.4% in 2014. ** Misdemeanor arrests actually increased by about 2% in 2016. Arrests for the possession or sale of small amounts of marijuana increased significantly, by about 33.7%. **Some arrests categories involve over 90% people of color: Theft of services (usually farebeating, and the highest category of arrests): 91.5%; marijuana possession and sale: 91.8% **Misdemeanor arrests make up the large bulk of NYPD arrests, consisting in over 2/3rds of the arrests made. ** Over 51% of the NYPD's felony arrests involve black New Yorkers who make up 25.1% of the City's total population. ** Using the conservative estimate that one misdemeanor arrest costs the City $1750, the expense for NYPD misdemeanor arrest practices comes to over $900,000 per day. While virtually all these numbers demonstrate that NYPD arrest practices are marked by waste and racial bias, the statistics that stand out for us involve arrests for misdemeanor marijuana offenses. While Mayor de Blasio, NYPD Commissioner Bratton, and other city officials have made widely publicized pronouncements about reducing punitive sanctions for marijuana infractions, the data present a different story. Arrests for these activities are actually on the rise -- by over 33% for the first three months of this year. Moreover, though research and experience demonstrate that white people use and sell marijuana in proportions and numbers equal to or greater than persons of color, nearly 92% of NYPD arrests for marijuana offenses in 2016 have involved New Yorkers of color.
