After Court Hearing Ray Kelly's NYPD IA City of NY Lawyer admit in front of three judges I was treated egregiously rapid weight loss

When I agreed to be false arrested for running punch I had shocking dramatic weight loss down to 145 pounds and I was prepared to wear a long dress because I have a collapsed bladder from too many fibroid tumors which the corrupt NYPD detective knew I had.  


Then I would finally came into coercion. Ray Kuby was worried about my health and concerned about what would happen to me once I got to the police station.   

Then eventually I would start gaining enormous mounts weight went up 164 lbs.  


Now the weight gain is dropping off me rapidly.

I'm alleging internal affairs and the FBI were so embarrassed they got caught with their pants down that they arrange for Michael Dowd and his partner to be allowed out on bail so that they could or actually rest him since they were letting him loose on the public since the precinct and internal affairs and the FBI had done nothing all this time but let him commit criminal acts over and over and I believe we return to the same place right now the FBI will use excuse they're just too busy to do anything is why we had the Wall Street implosion and the mortgage meltdown and don't forget Sept 11.  Eric Holder could have done something and now Loretta Lynch.  


Ray Kelly and the chief of internal affairs had their lawyer in federal court tell the judge they defend coercion lying in police reports verbally threatening me but now their lawyer in appellate court in front of three judges admitted I was treated egregiously but refuses to admit that my constitutional rights were violated and they were I represented myself and clearly I did not know how to get four judges to look at the video and audio evidence as well as police reports their own lawyer submitted the prove Det John Vergona Lieutenant Burgos  slide and that was without subpoenas with a subpoena I could prove just like the Dowd case it wasn't just two cops in my case.
