Extreme Extreme Exhaustion

I have a lot of decisions to make --- very tired -- I really need to rest this morning...

be back blogging later...

I am too tired to make the way too many calls, hold what feels like an eternity to try and get more MD care for the fibroids like getting them measured to see how much they grew this year versus last year....one tumor the pedunculated tumor grew almost 2 inches last year....  The tumors feel bigger and more uncomfy.

My achilles tendon is hugely swollen.   My left knew hurt just walking down the stairs yesterday.....

My neck hurts -- hard to turn...

just so grateful my YouTube proving Dr FAgelman's violent lying receptionist committed a crime assault plus a false cross complaint and proves NYPD threatened and coerced me or why else would I drop charges....I had a hole in my retina and my neck in a neck brace from the attack and the NYPD lied from the first day I was contacted and lied in police reports -- the MD's office the NYPD all lied -- Internal Affairs more lies  a sham also corrupt to protect the NYPD brand and cover-up -- everything done in secret -- that is why I wanted CCRB to keep my case and question the corrupt cops under oath but no CCRB gave my case to the IAB who did just as I told CCRB they would -- fix it.


I agreed twice to false arrest -- the 2nd time a delayed Saturday arrest 4pm I asked arrest the Jew on the Sabbath? Are you anti-Semitic?  No answers.  I didn't get any answers on why I had to wait 4 days to be false arrested.

No Criminal Investigation of 911 NYC Gov 1 Billion + $ Over Budget is FirstNet a Bigger Tax Titanic

I went to give blood and an NYPD officer stared at my chest and said to another that reminds me I have to hire a stripper for the party.

Name one NYPD officer that has come forward and has not been crushed by the system.

I don't like Al Sharpton but right now he is right on and the Feds need to come in because the police can't police the police.

Fibroid Tumors Uncomfortable

I have a collapse platter from these tumors and they've grown since I was attacked I didn't go this year to get the newest measurements but I know they're bigger he feels really uncomfortable but I met with the specialist today and she encouraged me since I want to be natural and not do any kind of surgeries to hang in there because when I go through menopause hopefully this will all change. 


Talked about possible hormones therapy and said it wouldn't be worth it.  

I have not begun menopause but my periods are now coming later spaced out sometimes they longer it's weird...

I am just so tired never felt so exhausted and there's some big things happening soon maybe the next month or two but I can't talk to about it yet.  

Is softest most disturbing the doctors office and the cops and NYPD an internal affairs, so disturbing.

Chief Chuck Dowd 's dad a retired chief - Chuck promoted up the ladder by Ray Kelly after caught fixing crime a rite of passage?  Dowd was not qualified for technology chief position but held it for over a decade.  

I am the 2nd whistle blower on 911 technology corruption to be threatened by the first precinct Detective squad.  

I caught IAB in lies and criminal activity not just in fixing my case but I can prove IAB let NYPD Chief Dowd retire after I filed a complaint alleging he may have taken gifts and compensation for being on the board of FirstNet when he and all NYPD aren't allowed a free cup of coffee.

I have more NYPD paper work but you can start with this one where Det John Vergona lied and the video proves he lied in his DD5 and he lied about me not being available to meet him. He never even offered to meet me and when I repeatedly asked him to meet me to see which eye I was punched in since he was "confused" he repeatedly refused.

Pat Lynch Civilians Filming Police Crime More Effective than NYPD Domain 35 million tax dollars?

The guy who filmed Eric Garner's murder may or may not be a criminal but he did amazing journalistic work.  




Capture the crime on camera... People are wondering if the NYPD retaliated against syrup send him out or if he was just plain scared of the NYPD... Any whistleblower probably is scared of the NYPD with good reason and I know cause I'm suing and I'm prepared to sue any NYPD officer that messes with me violates my constitutional rights.  


If you dare expose NYPD abuses do you really think you can rely on the NYPD ever again???  NYPD do around Robin and play judge and jury.  By making people fearful to even reach out to them they get to lower crime they aren't committing crimes themselves like in my case.   The NYPD committed the crime of Courchaine threatened me many fear for my safety along with my attacker section is office manager at a doctors office.   Let me guess my attacker 's rich employer called the one 800 NYPD fix it?

Pat Lynch has a problem.  It is not the crooks, criminals, amoral cops on the Police Department that are getting way with everything but murder regularly violating their  oath but it's the YouTubes of the cops violating their oath breaking the law that's Pat Lynch's problem.  There are so many.  


It does not matter if the guy that filmed it is as shady as plenty of NYPD but the fact is he successfully films a crime committed by the NYPD in my opinion. 

Notice we hear noting of Domain and 911....  Hmmmmm.  Domain just mega millions...  911, 311, CityTime, NYCAPS, Board of Election, Board of Ed, FDNY Wireless, etc = billions of tax dollars abuse mostly all technology under king mayor mike and ournew mayors awfully quiet about it...esoecially 911 tech corruption and a posse of NYPD officers that took gifts from a contractor or contractors that were possibly overbilling us?

911 Tech Corruption City Hall NYC to FirstNet Chief Dowd Gifts?

Eric Garner MURDERED or should I say killed --- his death ruled a homicide --- over an alleged 50 cent sale of a cig untaxed but IAB has repeatedly ignored NYPD senior cops taking gifts.

I asked IAB to investigate whether Chief Dowd also took gifts on FirstNet including compensation for sitting on the Board of FirstNet while employed by the City of NY?  IAB said hey he didn't steal millions...

Well retired Chief Chuck Dowd will be politely shown the door as board of FirstNet very soon as his appointment quietly runs out.  FirstNet kept the NYPD token figure head in place even leaving up his dishonest resume.  Truth he is not tech savvy and tech wise but he is a cop caught fixing crime that Ray Kelly who took gifts of free rides for him and his wife from than mayor bloomberg  on Air Bloomberg...Kelly wanted a puppet in place as head of tech -- it was even a favor to Dowd's retired NYPD chief dad?  Blue wall takes care of blue wall even when it is Chuck Dowd who should never have been made head of NYPD's tech division so his resume on FirstNet a joke....his contribution to the board a joke except he and Bratton brokered a FirstNet board meeting at one Police Plaza.

Now that FirstNet is under investigation there will be no NYPD hosting board meetings at 1 Police Plaza anytime soon.

Bill Bratton will most likely be fired and since he treated me like I was lower than scum and allowed NYPD Ray Kelly corruption to continue on in my opinion and the proof in my case -- where are the arrests I expect to file a notice of claim after October and it well talk about Dowd as well as my own case to underscore corruption, IAB inability to police the police.

In my case I was targeted by dirty corrupt cops because I am a whistle blower but they couldn't hide their hatred and disdain treating me as if I was lower than dirt on the sidewalk like they treated Eric Garner not even putting something under his head....not unhand cuffing him letting him die from their monstrous treatment ---

where was the person he sold a supposedly illegal fifty cent cigarette too.... no person there no valid arrest which proves what Eric Garner was saying he was being harassed!   They don't even say you are under arrest and what the crime was...where and when it happened -- they leap on him after he had done a good deed breaking up a fight.

I wrote a section on NYPD and economic racism but the lawyer for the City of NY asked the judge to limit me to I forget 20 or 30 pages....I got limited to 50 so I couldn't write very much about NYPD policing and economic racism.... title for a good book huh?

it was NYPD and Economic Racism and it manifests in different ways depending on what neighborhood.   In Harlem and the Bronx stop and frisk making honest People afraid to walk down the street to go to the Deli to Soho wiping vendors off the street... or in my case Soho...rich connected MD I allege call 1800 NYPD fix it and the First precinct did but FYI I am the 2nd whistle blower on 911 threatened and a victim of "NYPD Creative policing".

4:30am blog read for am what I get for the day and Achilles tendon hugely swollen, weight gain blame Dr FAgelman Office Violence NYPD Fixing

I have to go back up imaging to take to my MD today--- I know the fibroid tumors have grown from lack of sleep -- chronic from the assault at Dr Andrew Fagelman's and NYPD Internal Affairs fixing...continuing to find IAB acting corruptly including the newest involving NYPD Chief Dowd retire and being told by the Internal Affairs Bureau hey he didn't steal millions is just too disturbing....




Extremely painful achilles tendonitis I have had for over 2 years extra bad to day.  I slept with a splint.

Also big weight gain again which his part of the lack of sleep a chronic problem from the attack.

Wake up extreme exhaustion...feel like I have aged 100 years.
