Dr. Fagelman's Delita Violated My Patient Rights & Violently Assaulted me Almost Blinding Me
So far every government agency including the NYPD have failed me and Internal Affairs has this case which is open.
I have contacted every agency possible I can think of beyond NYC Gov and I will say this -- if Delita Hooks harms yet another patient thanks to Dr. Andrew Fagelman 155 Spring St not firing her I have the video proof of her violence and in my opinion she is a ticking bomb that needs anger management and should not be at any front desk.
If Delita Hooks doesn't harm another person it is because of my video and blogging and not because of everyone who should have done their due diligence and did not.

This is 80 minutes of torture and nothing lost in the translation despite an awful set and worse props ever -- 80 minutes tedious monologue.
Don't go unless you bring a good book.

At times the lead used a faux British accent and than almost rapped the most awful script not worth translating.

After assault I stopped working out.
I now have a neck brace and a back brave to wear as needed.
My neck was a mess Pre assault but worse from being assaulted.
I want to try yet again to start working out.
I believe I still have bulging and herniated disks in my neck and I also have an arthritic condition in my neck that isn't going away. I passed on surgery be aide I haven't lost muscle strength but I do have nerve issues and numbness worse after assault. Numbness in hands -- now also have small bulging disk l 4 and 5
I feel so fat and mushy. Extreme exhaustion but have to start working out again just extra careful because of damage from the assault by Dr Fagelman's receptionist and fall-out. Is low back fall-out?
Extra bad insomnia bad dreams PTS from assault and NYPD.

Vegan is the ultimate for health, for our planet because bad eating actually bad for planet as well and ditto animals raised for slaughter.
Not a vegetarian but I want to be and one day never buy leather again.

Someone searching Michael Fagelman mexico arrest -- interesting because in my opinion Dr. Andrew Fagelman should be arrested for financing the assault of a patient another MD's patient that would be me and his employee on his company time almost blinding me and damaging my neck more than it was already damaged....
