Ex Mayor Bloomberg, NYPD Internal Affairs, 911 to FirstNet Chief Dowd like Dept of Justice FirstNet????

Below an associated press article not picked up in NYC for some reason?

As much as I blame ex mayor Mike Bloomberg the majority of NYC council are to blame as well as all top key officials in the tech, office of payroll etc doitt knew it of course...(in my opinion including anyone who couid do simple math 911 tech mess we were robbed...!!!)

from firstnet to 911 tech it seems we need police to poilce the top officials in charge in my OPINION who have a lot to hide...in the mean time i exclusively reported nypd chief dowd retired -- mostly likely golfing and cashing in on his big pension!!!!!!  IAB closed out my complaint against him!!!!!

Judge: Emails about emergency network US property

DES MOINES, IOWA — A federal judge has blocked the release of emails to and from an Iowa sheriff serving on a federal board tasked with building a high-speed broadband network for emergency responders.

Judge James Gritzner on Thursday issued an order declaring the emails in Story County Sheriff Paul Fitzgerald's county email files federal records that may not be released by the county without U.S. government permission.

Fitzgerald was appointed in 2012 to serve on the board of FirstNet, created by Congress to improve upon weaknesses found in emergency networks in the 2001 terrorist attacks.

The news outlet Politico learned Fitzgerald used county email to discuss FirstNet business and sought copies through an open records request.

Gritzner sided with the Department of Justice, which opposed the release, arguing the emails included sensitive information.

Any focus on NYPD corruption by me you can thank Det. John Vergona from the 01 precinct who changed my point of view on the NYPD as he fixed it so a violent woman who assaulted me was not arrested and Det. Vergona did not go to the DA with her false complaint.

Internal Affairs Took my CCRB Complaints

No CCRB -- no NYPD testifying under oath.


U know I wanted Det John Vergona, Sgt Chen and even DI Ed Winski to have to questioned under oath about me being violently assaulted by Dr Fagelman's receptionist and Det Vergona's sloppy and abusive behavior and the Det Squad and Winski refusing to investigate the fact Delita Hooks filed a false complaint a serious crime and so is assaulting a medical patient.


The first day Vergona contacted me - he said he would interview everybody. He never even went to the office. Our last conversation he was so clueless I said if you went to the office you would know the answer.

The Vergona story awful. Too tired to repeat except why did he make me wait 4 days to be false arrested courtesy of his sloppy work when I agreed to be arrested Oct 16 him using a false complaint. The video proves it.

Nov 20 I tried to report Delita Hooks filed a false complaint.

Sgt Chen said I had to come in.

I was turned away which I let IA know and DI Ed Winski via a letter.

I also have audio of me being turned away.


I am told that being turned away egregious.

Very traumatic too tired to ugly details. .



Bottom line now all NYPD will be protected from CCRB testimony which in theory could be incriminating and I gather that if they r questioned they will be given immunity.

To this day I can tell u even IA has not interviewed my MD who removed a cyst and was alerted I was attacked and came to me after Delita Hooks completed her assault.

IA has not called me. I left 2 messages for Lt Agnes.


I was never interviewed by the detectives investigating Delita Hook's false complaint.

Vergona said he did not have to go to the office but the woman who assaulted me - her detective investigating her false complaint did so he didn't have to.


To date the NYPD has not contacted the DA re: the false complaint

Does IA take false complaints and violent unprovoked assaults seriously.

I was in a medical office, a patient and I was happy as Dr Vine can verify. There is nothing I could have done to provoke a violent assault.

She ran at me as the video proves.

Unprofessional but worse violent and caused bleeding in my eye - a hole in my retina -- damage to my neck which was already damaged.

I never put down my heavy bag and phone but fought back after the 3rd hit to my body that being my eye after she took off her shoes.
