I am waiting for the NYDN to file their motion in response to what in my opinion is Joe Tacopina, a desperate man's act to threaten and intimidate the media in to silence and I want to qualify that is my opinion and I have been given the Tacopina Seigel Rape Treatment and I threatened to counter-sue and sent Joe Tacopina a list of who I would call and I never heard from Tacpoina Seigel again. After the NYPD Rape cop trial and by the way Joe's client the NYPD Rape Cop Moreno is in jail I filed a grievance with the Supreme court for Chad Seigel Tacopina Seigel comparing the rape victim's genitals to a Venus Fly Trap. I got a threatening response on Tacopina Seigel stationary from Chad Venus Fly Trap Seigel.
The Supreme Court say I did not have to respond but I did and aggressively so I wonder if Joe and his pals are behind me being threatened after I was assaulted called a "confrontative cunt" and I have a lot of questions I would like to ask certain People under oath one day... Hmmm...

Here is my parody of Joe Tacopina a "sue happy" lawyer and maybe there is a reason Alex Rodriquez is not rushing to pay up the 3 million dollars to Joe Tacopina and the other lawyers that in my opinion suckered Alex Rodriquez (all the way to the bank) -- too bad A-Fraud did not have some good friends to advise him or some pill "smart pills" to take -- and again that is my opinion.
I have a lot of questions about the NYPD, PBA and even Internal Affairs like an IAB officer tipping off the PBA in the Ramos trial....lots of questions about the NYPD fixing me being savagely assaulted at Dr Andrew Fagelman's in Soho and than I caught IAB in on fixing it as well.
Hmmm. I am Federal Court suing and I also dream of a New Commission in to NYPD and Internal Affairs and I want to ask questions of certain parties under oath if and when I get a new Commission in to Police Corruption.

I am federal court now and I am not done by a long shot even if it means an outside commission because the NYPD is not interesting in threatening a victim of a violent crime at a Soho MD office and that includes IAB who I caught covering up for the NYPD that committed the crime of coercion.
