Dear Capt. Winski: Please explain how these cars are not breaking the law, it says no parking, no standing, loading and unloading only


Note:  The empty Range Rover has a note to please not ticket as if anyone of these "special people" aka above the law ever get ticketed.

I called and left a message for Capt. Winski to please explain because maybe there is something I am missing.



To learn more about the manager I call "super skank" Michael Rawson for calling the NYPD on Korean War and Viet Nam  Vet Vendors  google The Mercer Hotel on this blog search engine.   Did Michael Rawson serve our Country in any wars?   He has guys that survived by 2 inches in Viet Nam ticketed for 2 inches...yet The Mercer Hotel never gets ticketed.  I asked for drug sniffing dogs for the front door and even wondered if Elliot Spitzer like behavior goes on there.


Meanwhile New Yorkers are being ticketed up to their eyeballs for everything possible and often tickets that will be tossed out by people that go to court to fight them but maybe  Andre Balazs and Michael Rawson can give a seminar to New Yorkers on how to be a ticket free zone while you have the NYPD ticket United State Veteran that heroically gave their service for country.  Ironically many first responders that died 9-11 where also highly decorated serving in the military and within their departments.  Sad the NYPD are sent out to ticket and harass our Veterans when many are or their parents served in the military as well.


Also very lucky for The Mercer Hotel the NYPD do not do stop and frisks there....

I have never done a drug in my life.  I have never even smoked pot.  I would love to see stop and frisk and a drug sniffing dog pay a visit to the entrance of The Mercer Hotel and I would stand right next to the NYPD two legged and four legged officers.   I do not think you can donate gallons of platelets and do two hour white blood cell donations to help people save lives if you do drugs do you.  I guess NYC has so many drug users not as many people donate blood as is needed.  Donate blood if you can.  It is too bad there are people above the law, high on their power trips and can't seem to spend energy giving their platelets or some appreciation and kindness to Veterans that served our Country rather than demanding the NYPD harass them and ticket them.
