Sad I misspelled "misogyny" and my brain hurts so much from lack of sleep for so many years after running punched my head so hard it made a hole in my retina and the retina is attached to the brain!
I filed an ethical complaint against Tacopina and his partner and they did not deny that they broke laws in my case they were silent!
After my first 50-H hearing under mayor Michael Bloomberg - lawyer for the city said I may have money coming to me but under mayor de Blasio - the lawyer for the City, Susanne, asked me if I was mentally ill an FYI if I was it would make with the city did to me even worse I want an apology an action taken in my case!

Mayor de Blasio is in a shocking state of denial assigning a head of a division, corporation counsel, aka NYC's legal department...the same dept. that for YEARS has chronically lied in court defending the indefensible - NYPD Internal Affairs crimes and violations of our civil rights...as well as the City's chronic failure to properly screen, hire and supervise NYPD.
As a victim of Corp Counsel lying in court under Bloomberg and de Blasio, and before G-d because in courtrooms, it says In God We Trust..I urge the mayor to wake-up and listen-up! They must apologize for years of obstruction of justice in our cases for Corporation counsel lawyers lying in all and any legal proceedings and they must oversee compensation of our cases along with New York city comptrollers office who must also apologize
because the comptroller had investigators so did Corporation counsel
and they chose to obstruct justice support lying and legal proceedings rather than OWN up that the NYPD broke laws,
the NYPD were (and are) protected by Internal Affairs and the city and they violated our civil rights I know they did that in my case and many other cases.
My Dad a decorated World War II veteran died knowing I was treated like a Jew in the early stages of Nazi Germany by Ray Kelly etc and that Corporation counsel chose to lie and my mother knows the same plus de Blasio's administration as she faces looming death from Parkinson's, battle w/ cancer and COVID19. I was supposed to be safe at her doctors and every government agency that should've allowed me to report crimes human rights violation of civil rights violations chose to either pass my case to Internal Affairs to die dead on arrival or literally stopped me from reporting the truth am I human rights were violated and I was coerced that the NYPD detectives w/ bosses Falsified police reports and the DAhas admitted Delita Hooks false cross complaint filed 24 to 48 hours after me is also false. It took me half a decade to get her letter to Det. Andrew Dwyer threatening me with the second false cross complaint which the city withheld from me and Judges. The NYPD refused to meet me because they were discriminating against me and the Manhattan DA did not make arrest because I'm a critic of a racist misogynist corrupt DA so City owes me an apology especially for Also for lying in court that I was not coerced when I was and restitution for years of lying and obstructing justice for using Ron Kuby's letter shorthand for him coerced and withholding my attackers letter another crime threatening me with a second false cross complaint!

I read your blog from time to time-- I understand the level of corrupt tactics the NYPD and Dr. Fagelman have engaged in are appalling.
Thought you may want to know-- Dr. Fagelman has had some involvement with a female who is mentally ill, and as she went to file a police report for assault, he did just about the same thing he did to you. What a shame. This Fagelman never learns.
Supposedly, now, she filed a complaint with the ADA section of the DOJ, claiming mental health discrimination by the NYPD when she attemped to file a report. Apparently, Dr. Fagelman got the cops to say she's mentally ill, that her assault claim has no value because she's mentally disturbed.
Apparently, the FBI also investigates this kind of thing-- mental health discrimination by government agencies. I think they also got a tip as to what's going on.
What a shame, this Fagelman never learns. Shame to hear he's been the cause for your insomnia.

Update Saturday it's almost 2 PM I try and run walk but I can't stop thinking about being discriminated against being targeted:
Note: NYPD detective John Vergona and Delita Hooks both knew I was a medical patient of doctor Vine's, a Decade older than these people with serious health issues including fibroid tumors that make going to the bathroom a nightmare and they just made a mockery of everything and they weren't alone and even to get my name my patient Rights from Privacy were violated and that was enough interest to the NYPD Internal Affairs or the Manhattan DA how she got my name or her own employer and his lawyers unethical as Dr F for that matter. Travelers group did have 1 concern -- none involving me but Was I going to re-appeal my lawsuit against the NYPD which makes me believe they are involved all involved enabler's that Omie an apology I want one from travelers group board for their lawyers inappropriate behavior including one of the lawyers waving a Styrofoam cup at me handing my attacker Delita Hooks to wave at me. Travelers group had contact with Corporation counsel lawyer I want them held accountable is Corporation counsel walked in and lied in court in 4 courts so far!
