Purdys, N.Y.: Mary Jo White has a stellar reputation for integrity, as do her colleagues Robert Capers and Barbara Jones, who will all be reviewing the actions in the kangaroo court called the NYPD Trial Room (“3 ex-fed bigs on panel to review NYPD discipline,” June 22).
To do an honest review of the criminal actions that were allowed to happen to good officers and to the bad officers who were allowed to walk free, I would urge these three fine people to subpoena the union lawyers who were complicit in those results. I would also urge subpoenas of former attorneys in the NYPD Department Advocate’s Office who were told whom to prosecute and whom to let skate. The lawyers on both sides of the aisle in the Trial Room as well as the supervising judges were deceitful in pursuing justice, as it all came down to “who was your hook.”
I hope justice will prevail with this review and criminal charges can be brought to those who perverted the system. As federal prosecutors, White and her colleagues conducting this audit have seen all types of evil. However, when they see how lawyers were involved in this charade of a courtroom, I hope they will move to disbar them in their final report. I don't believe that Tish James is going to help me because again it gets down to politics. Loretta Lynch is an advisor to her and I contacted Ms Lynch and Eric Holder re: my case and Eric Garner's handwritten lawsuit. I also Calked Loretta Lynch twice when US attorney Southern District Preet Bharara and Cy Vance refuse to prosecute ECTP 911 tech crooks. I pointed out because PSAC1 won the first command center is in Brooklyn she could take action.
The NYS attorney general has complaint filing from me Against the Manhattan DA refusing to take action St Vincent's Hospital crooks (who knew Cy was doing Howard Rubenstein a favor since Rudin Condos like Jeffrey Epstein were HR's client's. He is a fraud and a liar -- that is what he calls me but that is him describing himself since he would call the NYPD and demand they ticket the Veterans -- he claims are fire hazards etc but my issues was stop harassing the Veterans while you are running an illegal parking valet service in the loading and unloading zone and because the Mercer Hotel is rich and I am guessing employees retired NYPD as well the precinct was willing to do "selective policing" looking the other way -- even walking past a fake NYPD parking placard I found to harass poor Eric. Rawson -- a nut case? is not a Veteran but he says his brother is. I would like to ask his brother under oath about his stance -- if it is the same as the NYPD Veterans of the First Precinct who refused to pick on fellow Veterans and ticket them.
