Zachary Carter defending NYPD IA Corruption my Case, Adrian Schoolcraft Case and how many other cases? Corp Counsel website accountability why and how much money it cost to taxpayers to the indefensible?

Subject: Zachary Carter defending NYPD Internal Affairs Corruption my Case, Adrian Schoolcraft Case and how many other cases? Corp Counsel website should explain why they defend the cases they do and give a running count of how much tax payer money is spent on each case so tax payers know what is REALLY happening to money going to defend what most tax payers would object too!

I am questioning whether Zachary Carter is defending NYPD Internal Affairs Corruption and is that ethical?   

I am a victim of a violent horrific crime violence and lies that started at the MD's office — an MD's office is suppose to be a safe place and than I went to the NYPD to report a crime and it went from bad to worse.  I want a public record easy access to all tax payers how Corp Counsel decides and why they chose to defend cases like mine and Adrian Schoolcraft and how many tax payer money the are spending to defend cases where they should not be defending but apologizing and bring accountability and reform.

 I want to ask Mr. Carter and his predecessor  these questions under oath how ever many years it takes  to get the City to reform corruption and abuses with in the NYPD, Internal Affairs the DA', and now I realize Corp Counsel must be forced to explain to the tax payers who fund the City lawyers defending criminal behavior by the NYPD and Internal Affairs etc.

Do I say alleged?  My case I am not alleging it is the truth.

Will we get a commission and have his and his predecessor and the lawyers in our cases questioned as well as the NYPD, Internal Affairs and key officials who did not take responsibility when they should have.

I am filing another lawsuit and going over the notes it seems clear to me that both in the Federal and Appellate cases the lawyers lied and or misstated the facts to defend the indefensible

— for instance Rosemari Nam stated there was no assault when in fact there was and although I was coerced it was in fact 2nd degree assault, menacing, a false cross complaint by Delita Hooks, a signed letter by Delita Hooks that sounds like it was ghost written by Joe Tacopina threatening me — she SIGNED a letter to her NYPD fixers and openly threatened me and IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell read me the letter and showed me Deilta Hooks signature and did not go to the DA but said case closed so it seems clear NYPD, Internal Affairs worked to cover lying in police reports in concert coercion and that Sgt O'Donnell was using my attackers threat to try and intimidate me rather than move to arrest my attacker for threatening me.

I did try and go back and report my attackers False Cross complaint and Rosemari Nam said Sgt Chen of the First Precinct Det Squad said I was turned away because there is no assault but the audio I posted on YouTube clearly proves that Sgt Chen had me turned away and I am told by PO Migori I am being turned away because I can't report the false cross complaint because I am not from the DA's office or a detective.

Retired NYPD Capt. John Eterno Dr Eterno speciality crime told me the First Precinct should not have turned me away and prevented me from reporting the false cross complaint and they should have allowed me to report the crime and put it in both my file and Delita Hooks and investigate my complaint.

In Document 28 of the Federal I asked Judge Nathan to meet with me and Rosemari Nam and look at the video and the 2 audios — 1 of the police refusing to allowing me to report Deilta Hooks false cross complaint and the Audio of IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell refusing faxes evidence of the worsening condition of the hole in the retina Delita Hooks made.

The City of NY if ethical because you are tax payer funded should have stepped forward and taken action based on the videos, audios. police reports Rosemari Nam submitted that actually support my case and I will be using in my next lawsuit and in all public arenas where I testify about this.

Jonathan Popolow tried to defend anti-Semitism — that Det John Vergona did not know I was Jewish that I don't get to pick the date I am to be (false) arrested (for a running punch to my head after I had cyst removed, my arm numb, holding bags she tried to beat me to a pulp) — actually Det Vergona did know — I told him and there is an email on Oct. 16, 2012 which the NYPD, Internal Affairs, and Corp Counsel have stating how upset I am with him and I even reference the Holocaust and mass murder of my People.

I was to be FALSE  arrested for 3rd degree assault — which is a desk appearance and does not require I  wait 4 days until the Sabbath at 4pm.   The video shows me backing away and I am clearly a victim so I want Corp Counsel all involved to answer under oath why you chose to defend the indefensible and I am guessing many New Yorkers feel the same?
